Dalina was a great host! She let us check in 30 minutes early. She was very helpful and responsive with our questions. Would recommend to other guest! Page listed paid dryer on site. No dryer only clothes line. Coffee included!!

L'accueil le Lucca a été très chaleureux. C'est un hôte sympathique, génereux et qui prend soins de ses visiteurs. L'appartement est charmant et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.

Nous étions deux jeunes à passer un petit séjour à Lerici, nous avons était très bien accueillis par les hôtes, ont avaient du retard du à la route, ils nous l'ont pardonné aha. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied, les restaurants et la plupart des commerces sont en dessous de l'appartement, très belle vue et quartier très agréable. Merci pour tout ✌️👌

It’s not the first time we stay at Renata’s place! Like always everything was fine, clean and functional. The communication with Renata is clear and easy. We will for sure come back again! Super recommended!

We had a good time at Sara's place. The apartment was comfortable and nice. The town center is only a few minutes away walking distance and there are some good restaurants around. We stayed there for two nights and drived around to little towns in the nearby. It was perfect

Le logement était très bien entretenu et propre, entouré de la nature. Lits confortables, le logement était adapté pour 3 personnes avec une belle et grande sdb. La cuisine est fonctionnelle avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Les hôtes mettent à disposition un parking devant le logement et proche de Monterosso, ce qui est un grand avantage lorsqu’on se déplace en voiture. Nicola a toujours était très amical, serviable et réactif. Nous recommandons ce logement.

L’appartamento di Emanuele e Chiara è finemente arredato, molto spazioso, moderno, con elettrodomestici nuovi e con ogni comfort. Ottima pulizia. Siamo andati con un bimbo di 1 anno e abbiamo avuto a disposizione lettino e seggiolone. Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro di La Spezia. Massima disponibilità per gentilezza di Emanuele, consigliato!!

Ce logement était parfait et correspondait parfaitement à notre famille de deux adultes et deux enfants. Il pourrait également correspondre à deux couples étant donné qu’il y a deux chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain demain l’ensemble donnant sur le jardin. Ce dernier est clôturé et joliment arboré avec une terrasse couverte pour s’abriter du soleil, le logement dispo de tous les équipements nécessaires machine à laver sèche-linge, plaque de cuisson lave-vaisselle. L’autre nous a également mis à disposition quelques dosettes pour la machine à laver dosette pour le lave-vaisselle du sel, du sucre ou encore des dosettes de café. Ce qui est fortement appréciable, il a été très réactif lors de nos questions et tous ces extrêmement bien passé. Nous recommandons très certainement à tout le monde, ce logement qui vaut vraiment le coup car très spacieux Très moderne ou l’on s’y sent bien. Nous recommandons.

“Emma’s Place” is such an adorable spot! It is definitely a little bit off the beaten path, but that’s part of why we chose to stay here! We loved having a peaceful getaway after being in the busy Cinque Terre. It is still a drive-able location to popular areas. Gianna, the host, also provided a long list of local recommendations of things to do and places to see. Along with helpful traveling tips. It was also extremely clean and well kept. She also provided some items to make a delicious breakfast for the stay!

Very cute place to stay, definitely recommended! Even though the walk to the beach takes about 20-25 minutes by foot, the village La Serra the apartment is located in absolutely makes up for that. There is a nice bar nearby, the view is amazing and the whole village is just super peaceful. The host was super responsive and always friendly!

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

What an absolutely gorgeous getaway in stunning surroundings. Gorgeous little garden with a barbeque. Enjoy breathtaking views. Walk up to Fosdinovo and see the Castello Malaspina. Only 30 mins to the Carrara beachfront where you have your pick of private/public beaches.

Siamo andati lì dal 22 e 23 aprile e abbiamo dormito lì una notte, da subito Clementina è stata disponibile a rispondere velocemente a dubbi e perplessità sulla casa e a darci consigli su parcheggi, cosa fare e com’era il tempo. La casa era pulita, con un bel bagno e delle belle camere, unica pecca se si deve trovare era il treno di fianco alla casa, ma che una volta addormentati non dava più di tanto fastidio. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno ospitato e abitando di fianco all’appartamento se si hanno dei problemi o si ha bisogno di qualcosa sono subito lì. Davvero complimenti a questa famiglia che è stata gentilissima nei nostri confronti, Abbiamo passato un bel soggiorno☺️

Mooi zicht op zee. Prachtige omgeving met weinig toeristen, super combinatie van bergen aan zee. Mooie stranden. Alle kamers en badkamer voorzien van airco. Tuin is afgesloten met gaas en daardoor geschikt voor onze hond. Betreft 2 onder 1 kap maar de buren waren er niet dus wij hadden 100 % privacy. In hoog seizoen veel festiviteiten. Best weinig muggen en spinnen voor Toscaanse begrippen. Eigenaar reageert altijd erg snel en behulpzaam.

Ausgezeichneter Meerblick vom Schlafzimmer aus - zu diesem Preis (gute 100 € die Nacht) ist das phantastisch. Sehr schöne Lage, nettes, einfaches Häuschen über dem Restaurant. Im Restaurant fand mal eine Hochzeit statt - das war zwar laut, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Es gibt einen Laden und einen Strand im Resort, die Bademöglichkeiten sind aber je nach Wellengang eingeschränkt (der Steinstrand ist den Wellen ziemlich exponiert, es ist schnell mal zu gefährlich). Es gibt aber einen abgeschirmten Teil, der ist aber klein und nicht sehr tief. Der Wanderweg zum Fahrrad-/Wanderweg durch die alten Eisenbahntunnel nach Bonassola/Levanto ist ja im "Wartungsmodus". Das bedeutet, dass der Weg abgesperrt ist und man über Steine klettern muss, um drüber zu kommen (Stand September 2024). Das ist sehr schade und wohl aktuell der einzige Haken an dieser Unterkunft. Wenn dieser Weg wieder offen ist, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Logement bien placé, à 5 mn à pied de la gare. Deux vraies chambres avec une très bonne literie, (coussins, couvertures et serviettes en quantité pour un confort maximal) Le centre ville est très facile d'accès à pied, un super marché tout proche. L'accueil était très sympathique. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Alles war super sauber - hervorzuheben sind wirklich das Badezimmer und die Küche! Auf Serenas Bildern wird gar nicht deutlich, wie schön der Ausblick ist. Aus der Küche kann man super weit in die Ferne sehen und Sonnenaufgänge in den italienischen Bergen beobachten. Wir waren zwei Wochen dort und haben jeden Tag genossen. Von der Wohnung ist der Hafen schnell erreichbar und man kann gut in das italienische Leben eintauchen. Im nahen Umkreis gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei und zwei Supermärkte. Serena war immer erreichbar und hat sich schnell um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Weil wir so lange dort waren, gabs sogar eine Flasche Prosecco für uns. An den Wochenenden haben wir die Cinque Terre besucht, welche sehr leicht von La Spezia mit dem Bus erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen Serenas Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter!

Sono stata da Luciana qualche settimana fa con il mio cane… appartamento confortevole fornito di tutti i confort, compresi accappatoi e ciabattine per casa… ottimo anche lo spazio all’eterno per pranzare o semplicemente accomodarsi per due chiacchiere! lei è stata davvero disponibile e gentile… poi grazie anche per i confort di prima necessità e per le indicazioni sui posti limitrofi da visitare… è stata un’ottima “fuga” dalla città e dalla frenesia, da ripetere sicuramente

It was a lovely place! The house was clean and tidy. Having a private patking area was a game changer. It has a balcony with a spectacular view. The house is located in the center of the town. You can reach beaches by 5 minutes walking. There are delicious restaurants nearby. We had a boat trip to Cinque Terre and the port is also close walking distance to the house. Overall that was a fantastic stay and I strongly recommend this place to everyone!

Espaço amplo,limpo muito tranquilo, mercado próximo. Alguma dificuldade para localizar, mas nada que comprometa.

Wir haben und verspätet und waren erst sehr spät da.Der Gastgeber hat auf uns gewartet und wir wurden Freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber!. Die gehend sehr ruhig und super zum entspannen!
