Sonia est une hôte vraiment sympathique et très accueillante. Elle s'est rendue disponible pour nous fournir ce qu'il nous manquait. Nous sommes arrivés en fin de journée et Sonia s'est adaptée pour nous accueillir. La Villa, qui est sa maison de famille, est vraiment très agréable, spacieuse, et adaptée pour partager de bons moments en famille ou entre amis. C'est un magnifique lieu de séjour. Le restaurant qu'elle conseille à 50 mètres de la Villa est vraiment bien aussi.

We came just for a short getaway and this was perfect - even though we had some rainy days still we could find options to go and see nearby. The location of the house is charming and very well manageable by car (of course stick with a compact car, as usual in Italy .. roads can be tricky). Simona greeted us with some groceries prepared so we could have the first morning started with coffee and breakfast, also we got great advice on getting around by foot, explore the nearby little cities. With a smaller kid and two teenagers we could easily find the place comfortable and spent a great few days exploring the nature, driving around for sights and eating a lot -- some of the restaurants in the area are surprisingly good, with the one in the village being a great find itself.

Villa parfaite pour un séjour en famille. Très grand parc avec une vue superbe sur le lac majeur. La maison est assez grande pour que chacun ait son indépendance (chambres et salles de bains). Nous étions 7, dont 3 couples. L'aménagement n'est pas très récent, mais c'est aussi ce qui fait son charme ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette région magnifique.

Nous n’avons pu malheureusement n’en profiter que pour la nuit, le bateau nous amenant ayant eu beaucoup de retard, arrivé a 0h00, mais lieu vraiment agréable, aérer, spatieux, lits confortables, de belles attentions à notre arrivée, un bouteille sur la table, de l’eau au frigo, endroit chaleureux. A recommander sans hésitation.

Mooie bungalow met een ruim terras (waar het prima toeven is met een goed boek) in een grote omheinde tuin, vlakbij het meer. Toegang tot het meer vanaf het einde van de privé weg, minder dan 30 meter lopen. Heerlijk om daar te zwemmen en lekker op het gras te liggen. Enkele prima restaurantjes en een goede supermarkt in de buurt (10 minuten lopen) en 15 minuten rijden met de auto naar Arona, een leuk en wat groter stadje dan Lesa. Onze tieners hebben zich vermaakt op het meer met een Sup die ze vlakbij konden huren. Het huis is in augustus wel erg warm, zeker in de beiden slaapkamers. Een extra ventilator (er was er 1) zou dus wel fijn zijn😊. Het raam openzetten ‘s nachts geeft niet heel veel verkoeling en is sowieso niet aan te raden vanwege de muggen. Maar nogmaals: mooi en goed verzorgd huis in prachtige omgeving!

The big Villa is a very sweet place, we stayed in 4 couples with 3 kids and our dog. It's an old beautiful place, warm in the cold days and with private toilets for everyone. The big living room was perfect for staying together during rainy days. For my standards it was clean (my mother has a higher standard, and spotted some dust here and there, we weren't surprised as is so big). There are original frescoes on the ceilings, and some parts in their original form, so neither is everything new nor aesthetically perfect, but absolutely functional. The garden in front of the villa is fantastic and the small garden behind it is also beautiful. We stayed on the rainiest weekend of the year and could not fully enjoy the open spaces. But we will definitely return to this wonderful Villa. Thank you Cristina.

This is a very very special place and we had an amazing holiday here swimming and paddle boarding on the lake, hiking in the mountains and enjoying many meals al fresco with the very special view of Orta San Giulia from the house. This is an old family home so don’t expect fancy modern furnishing and equipment. But the antiques and decor only add to a special feeling and beds are comfortable, bathrooms fine with plenty of hot water and everything you need for your holiday is provided. We brought our own paddle boards as it was cheaper to pay to bring them than hire locally and we enjoyed being able to jump on them from the end of the garden and find some sun when the sun was off the garden late afternoon. Also there are bitey midges so bring repellant.

Hemos pasado unos días divinos con amigos. Las vistas son de sueño, habitaciones cómodas, cocina linda con todo lo necesario. Seguro volvemos

We had a wonderful week at the Villa on the water. The grounds are spectacular, and the location is great. The house is well laid out and the bedding and living areas are very comfortable.

Es war ein herrliche Zeit in der tollen Villa am See. Schöne Zimmer, Bäder und gemütliche Ecken für Gespräche. Den grossen Garten haben die Kinder ausgiebig genossen. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Einzig die späte Check-In Zeit finden wir dem Preis nicht entsprechend und Küchenutensilien haben wir vor dem Gebrauch nochmals nachgereinigt. Ansonsten gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (6 Personen) dort und verbrachten eine schöne Zeit, mit eigenem Pool bei traumhaftem Wetter. Alles war sehr sauber und alles hat prima funktioniert. Leider gab es abends viele Stechmücken und keine Moskitonetze an den Fenstern.

Fantastic villa in a wonderful location with outstanding views. Excellent amenities. Would recommend. Owners made us feel very welcome.

Hi Property has a great outside space which is why we chose it, Pool ,bbq, plenty of sunbeds, music system. Inside are huge areas but didn't really use as we visited in Summer. The interior is dated from a taste p.o.v but everything you can think of is supplied and its very clean and well looked after. Area is suburban but only 5 minutes from the lake and beach, 10 minutes into the old town with goods bars & restaurants. Great host always contactable.

The house is wonderful. The views of the lake are exactly those shown on the website Weather too cool to use the pool, but it was very clean and inviting. You will need a car, but roads are well marked and Stressa is about a 10 minute drive. There were six of us in our party with plenty of room for everyone. All of the bedrooms has their own bathrooms with an extra bathroom on the ground floor. We have rented many properties, but this one is among the best!!! We will be recommending it to anyone who asks where they should stay in the area The owner also has a winery about 30 min away and well worth the drive

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine avec nos deux enfants. L appartement était très bien tout comme la résidence. Très facile d accès et idéal pour séjourner autour du Lac Majeur en famille. Le petit moins mais rien de bien méchant : la mecomprehension entre Iris ; nous et Marina pour les modalités d arrivée

Villa splendida e corrispondente alle aspettative. Sicuramente consigliata!
