This property is located 200 yards from the beach with its own parking and beach access. During the busy summer season - June - September we kindly request weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday. Please note - due to high demand check in is not before 3pm and check out is at 10am. It is one of two cottages on a private pier over the harbor with a private deck. This is a seasonal cottage with a mini-split for heat and cooling.
