Private home built in 1906. Two lovely guest rooms in an ideally Cape Cod home overlooking Nantucket Sound and the Centerville and Bumps rivers. Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. You will love the proximity to the ferries, P-Town, Woods Hole, great beaches, lakes, restaurants, theaters, shopping and whale watching. Both rooms have AC. Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock.

The room is about 140 sqft, and it comes with a large private deck with a great view of the Pilgrim Monument. It has a king bed, private bathroom and private entrance. This room is good for people who are allergic to cats. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 5 is on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. it offers a queen bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, A/C, TV, cable, wifi, refrigerator and a peek of the harbor We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, well maintain, and within walking distance of local beaches, the fish pier and downtown Chatham where you can dine and shop. The Innkeepers will serve you a continental breakfast each morning. We will clean your room while you are out and about each day. We are also very knowledgeable about great places to eat, shop, or where to go to the beach.
