Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The cottage is only a few minutes drive from places of interest like Bath, the Cotswolds, Bristol, Cheddar Gorge, Wells and the Mendip Hills. With many walks to choose from the cottage is also the perfect spot for nature lovers who would like to leave their car. The cottage is within walking distance from Keynsham with lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a trainstation (direct train to Bath and Bristol centre in about 10 minutes).

LUXURY MODERN STUDIO: Spacious studio with free secure parking. Newly built, Wi-Fi, fully heated and insulated for all year round use. The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Additional double bed available for an extra 2 guests; £60 fee per night, charged on arrival. Please specify this to the host, at the time of booking. NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Garden Apartment

Luxury self contained garden apartment in the lovely village of Saltford, 5 miles from the centre of the world heritage city of Bath and 7 miles from the centre of Bristol. The apartment has a open plan kitchen and living area with French doors opening onto a small private patio area, one double bedroom and shower room. There is secure gated parking for one car on the driveway. Please not that the apartment is attached to a residential dwelling, it is self contained with private entrance.

Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

The guest house is self-contained, with parking and a private courtyard. The wooden clad lodge makes the perfect get-away with its beautifully decorated interiors. The lodge has a kitchen, breakfast bar for dining, lounge, bathroom & one bedroom with a double bed. Set in the historic village of Saltford, it’s within walking distance of Saltford Golf Club and is the perfect base for exploring the heritage city of Bath (10min drive) and the bustling city of Bristol (20min drive).

The main living area is furnished with settee and arm chair with an inviting log burner to ease those chilly nights; a dining table and chairs allows for self-contained living. The views over the Chew Valley, Pensford and Publow are stunning in all seasons.

Lower Brook Cottage is a cosy 18th Century cottage located in the picturesque village of Woollard within easy reach of Bristol & Bath. The Cottage has two bedrooms and is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and we are also dog friendly (1 small/medium sized well behaved dog is welcome!). Ultra fast fibre broadband is a recent addition for guests needing to work from the cottage or simply surf the internet .

Christmas Cabin - River View 10 mins from Bath

We have lovingly just converted this building into a highly unique 2 bedroom river fronted Cabin to excite and delight its guests. Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre. Pop your feet up with a glass of wine while the log burner crackles in the background.
