We had a great stay in Ballston spa - Brian was very responsive and made sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup and toys in the front closet were a great bonus!

A great place to stay! Good parking, 4 minute drive from the heart of the town. Lot’s of little amenities in the space. Would recommend to a friend!

This is my second time staying at this location, the first time I stayed in the upstairs apt. The pictures are as described and the place is conveniently located to town. The place was clean and the bed linens were very good. Meghan and her team are very communicative and I will definitely stay at this place again. It’s a great value.

The place was more charming than expected and John was a great host! There is a bit of road noise still audible through the windows, so beware if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise, it was a really lovely stay and a good location for us to get everywhere we needed to be. Would be happy to stay again!

This was a perfect place to stay in the town of Saratoga Springs. About 10 minute walk to downtown, felt very safe and good parking lot for our cars. The condo was better than expected. It felt more like a home, beautifully done and great amenities. Very clean and spacious. Sitting areas were very comfortable and loved the open bright concept. Would definitely stay again if we return to Saratoga! TY to our host too for going above and beyond on a couple of our requests.

John was great felt super comfortable with him with it being my first Air b&b stay well definitely recommend him to others.

We loved staying at Gordon & Cynthia’s place. It was a lovely home in the perfect location. Walking to the track & downtown was easy. Their home was so clean, beds so comfortable & their communication was excellent. They added so many extra touches to make it special. The “Wood Inn” was perfect for our friend ski vacation. Just the right size for two couples. It had everything we needed and was perfectly located. Close to the ski area and our friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very peaceful, and close to many restaurants and the city center. The hosts are very responsive, and provide clear instructions prior to check in. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back when we go back to Saratoga!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

We spent a total of 3 to 4 weeks, dealing with a family issue. Place is brand new, clean, and super conveniently located. Host very responsive.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! The place was spotless! We felt so comfortable with how clean the space was and it was the perfect size for two. A big perk were the heated floors in the bathroom!! Location was perfect—about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Gillian was quick with her responses whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here when we travel back to Saratoga Springs!

The place was great. Lots of charm. We actually ate on his back porch, which as a nice surprise since it wasn’t mention in the listing. Place was close to tons of restaurants and bars. It was a short drive to the bath houses, which was one our reasons for visiting. We will definitely be return visitors.

Nicholas was a great host and the place was awesome! Super clean and has everything you need. My dogs really liked looking out the big windows to the lake :)
