This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Whether you’re reading in a hammock, drinking wine watching the sunset, soaking in a spa, playing boardgames, or cooking on the Weber. Not suitable for children or pets.

Escape on Seattle is perfect for singles or couples looking to unwind, relax & enjoy close proximity to Geographe Bay(400m). If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Our new studio @ 36 is ready to host couples. Located only 300 m from the beach and parklands of geographe bay or a 700 m stroll into town. It’s the perfect location to avoid getting in the car and discovering what Dunsborough has to offer. You’ll find this space private and comfortable. It is attached to the main house where the owners live but it has its own entry and car park, kitchenette, ensuite and courtyard.
