Grate house looked just like the pictures very clean and close to the beach

Perfect location with patrolled beach across the street and restaurants and shops 3min walk. No fault with accommodation, very comfortable beds. Balcony off both bedrooms and toilet off main bedroom. Screens on all windows and doors great for lovely cool breeze especially in bedrooms. Didn't have a problem with the shower in laundry with access from back verandah. Only negative was a lack of hot water had to space out the showers and water temperature was only just acceptable. Overall it has a real lovely feel with decor and furnishings a perfect holiday accommodation. Highly recommend would stay again.

Fantastic location! Close the shops and beach. Dogs outside only, great covered area for sitting and out of the weather. Remember to read the listing and bring linen and other supplies. Would stay again. Thanks!!

Fantastic property, as described. Great for anyone with boat, with private ramp and jetty in the property. Only complaint was that the interior had a bit of a smell to it - like a heavy smoker had been in there? It didn't detract much from the stay though and it was great value for money.

This Airbnb is an absolute gem! The place is very nice, offering a stunning and fresh ocean view 🪟 that we enjoyed immensely. The check-in process was super easy, making our arrival stress-free. The property is exceptionally clean and spacious, perfect for a 3-star stay. The bedrooms are large and cozy, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The swimming pool was a highlight, especially for the kids. It’s big enough for them to have a blast, and the water is crystal clean 🫧, thanks to a good water cleaning system. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, and plenty of pots 🍲, plates, and cutlery. Just remember to bring your own tea, coffee, and sugar. Two days felt too short to fully appreciate this wonderful house. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! very specious.

What a gem! We had a great time here enjoying this beautifully set up, spacious, comfortable and well equipped beach house. The pictures don't do it justice. It is super private, quiet and peaceful. We were able to see a Kookaburra from the pool :-) Short walk to beach. Super short drive into town. We would definitely come back.

This house is amazing, it was everything I wanted for our family’s holiday, Tessia had everything we needed , and the house was so clean and tidy. Walk was easy to shops and beach , our dogs were welcomed as well . Definitely be back ..

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was as expected. It’s a beautiful house and location. The only thing I’d keep in mind is that wifi on our phones was either very slow or didn’t really work at all. But the tv was still able to watch Netflix etc without interruptions. We were here on holiday though so the lack of phone wifi didn’t bother us. Beds were super comfortable, showers were amazing, plenty of space for everyone to come together, or enjoy solo down time. Would 100% come back.

There was nothing to complain about at all. It was a great place for the 6 of us and fitted easily. Everything we wanted was supplied. Can not say enough good about the place or the host.

We stayed for 2 nights. The place was clean, hosts were more than helpful. The pool was clean & clear. Would definitely recommend this house.

Had a wonderful family holiday at 🌈 rainbow beach. The house was a perfect size for 3 couples and 3 children with 3 bathrooms. A fully fenced yard and pool and a large eating area outside completed a great space for families. Plenty of cooking equipment, a large lounge area and a tv in each bedroom meant individual space for old and young. An easy walk through to the beach ideal for younger children. We brought our own linen, towels, food ,toiletries and cleaning products. Highly recommend Katie’s place for a wonderful holiday.

Great holiday house for a group. Second time we have stayed here and house was very clean and the renovations including the outdoor bathroom are great! Super responsive and helpful host. Good location for Rainbow Beach and easy to walk to places. Thanks for hosting us!

We had a great stay at Katie's place. The home was clean and tidy, and had all the right amenities, we loved the views off the deck and how it was close, proximity to shops, etc

Beautiful house, great for an extended family. Close to the beach restaurants and shops. You can walk everywhere. The pool was great for swimming the kids loved it. Surf club is a good place for something to eat. Local shops have everything you need.

we just stayed for 4 nights and the place was fantastic. everything you need for a get away with the family. definitely keen to return very soon. thank you
