Cannot recommend Beachside on Twentieth more highly. Spotlessly clean with everything you would want in the apartment, but just 30 seconds walk from the front balcony is Murray’s Beach. Walk north over the headland to Boambee Headland, south the Sawtell’s Main beach and onwards to the Rock Pool. A 25km return bike ride to Coffs all off road and safe for the kids. A 10 min stroll to town or a 20m walk to the Hilltop Cafe for morning coffee. The apartment is so well appointed with quality appliances and cooking equipment to make eating in a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit to Sawtell already. Thank you Pete!

Enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and tidy with all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Location was great, close to the beach and a great walking pathway for kids to ride their scooters opposite the townhouse. The bowling club was a great place to eat which was walking distance. The pool was nice and warm and perfect for cooling off. I would recommend staying here. Nikki was responsive and gave clear instructions.

Leeann’s place was lovely to stay at and Leeann was a lovely host. The house was homely, beautiful, comfortable, clean and our family had a wonderful stay. We would definitely come back ☺️ Thanks for your hospitality Leeann.

The apartment is no frills but all you need for a great time in Scott’s head. The view is beautiful and the space was clean and well kept. Decent kitchen and great shower. The bed was also very comfy! Hosts left clear instructions. If you are travelling with kids, you do have to walk a bit on the road to get down to the shops/main beach. But this is a bit unavailable in Scott’s head. Overall a great stay and would stay again!

Julie and Eric were amazing hosts, e.g I was running late getting to the air B&B and Julie sent me a message wanting to know if I am okay and maybe got lost. when I got there late they were still there welcoming me. Then there were the wonderful breakfast goodies the next morning. Julie gave me so much information about the area and where to go. I highly recommend this place, its beautiful and tranquil. Thanks again, I hope to go back

We had a wonderful time staying at Graces place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, quiet, and close to everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sawtell and would love to stay here again

We were very happy in the townhouse and could easily walk to restaurants and the beach and jetty. Bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Kind and quick responsive staff. Thanks!

We booked last minute at this place, and Michelle was quick to reply and accept the booking. We felt very look after, and the place was very clean, and a great place to stay. Close to the beach and town, we loved staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was in the perfect location for what we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the bathroom. Roz was great to work with, and we really appreciated her prompt messages and flexibility. Self check in with lock box is great too! Definitely worth the money, great value!

We loved our stay at the Mill Cottage. It felt like home the moment we checked in. Mark & Miranda’s communication was always quick to respond and they were very flexible with our needs. We’ll be back for sure!!

We came back to the best little family friendly beach shack in Valla Beach. Comfy beds, close to dog beach and cafes, perfectly functional kitchen, and those beautiful beach sounds all day and all night.

We had a wonderful time staying here… the amenities were great and the property looks exactly like the pictures. It’s only a short walk to the local beach and everything we needed was within a 15 min drive away. The hosts were amazing and responded quickly with any questions we had.

Our stay at Ann's Seaside Farm Retreat was absolutely magical! The peaceful, majestic setting offered the perfect blend of farm life and proximity to the beach. The kids loved the tree swing, trampoline, DVDs, and board games. Though the spa wasn’t working and there was a small roof leak, it didn’t affect our experience. The nostalgia of choosing DVDs and playing board games was perfect for our city kids. The house was cozy, warm, and full of Ann’s personal touches. Ann was so kind—she took the kids to feed the animals daily and was always eager to help with any requests. We had plenty of space for both families, and the screened-in balcony view of the paddocks during a lightning storm was unforgettable. A true oasis with an unbeatable experience! Highly recommend!

Neat and tidy apartment in a small, quiet block. Lack of aircon and wifi wasn’t great but for what you pay it’s a comfortable place in a great location. Walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. Thanks for a comfortable stay Dan.

This was our second stay at “Treetops” and once again it didn’t disappoint. The apartment is not only beautifully appointed but offers stunning views from the veranda. “Treetops” is also ideally located and within walking distance to main beach, the park and restaurants/cafes. We look forward to returning to “Treetops” again in the future!

Thank you so much Ken for such a comfortable stay at your beautiful apartment & thank you also for the welcome chocolate (this was appreciated and enjoyed following a long day of travelling) The apartment was so well appointed with all the comforts of home. We had a couple of days with heavy rain so didn't get to venture out but this wasn't an issue as the apartment set up made it so easy to relax while enjoying the amazing views. From relaxing in the pool, followed by a spa in the main bathroom to cooking a BBQ while enjoying the stunning views, comfortable beds, fabulous water pressure in the shower and not to mention the beautiful cross breeze that flows throughout the apartment on a warm day (as the name suggests - Seabreeze, you definitely get this), we felt so relaxed at the end of our 5 night stay. For future visits to Nambucca Heads, we have now found our favourite place to stay. Thanks again.

Five of our family stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was clean and perfect for our needs and the location was excellent. The view was amazing. The communication with the hosts was excellent. We would definitely stay again.
