Very special property - felt like staying in a James Bond villa straight out of a movie. We had fantastic food both nights we stayed as well. The pool is massive - 20m! Service and quality throughout could not be faulted. Worth every penny. Highly recommended

The villa is adequately provided and well equipped . If anything is required to suit your taste then Aravinda promptly arranges the same . We spent nearly 34 days at this villa and it had become a second home to us. 2 bedrooms were provided with AC and the 3rd bedroom was provided with desert cooler. For longer stays the electricity is billed to the guest. Our bill was @14000 LKR for the entire duration . We used only 1 AC as only 1 bedroom was utilised by us. We didnot use any electric cooking gadget , even though all kinds of electric ovens were there. We used only the cooking gas stove and gas cylinder was provided by Aravinda . The front lawn is green and Aravinda takes responsibility to get the lawn cleaned once every week. Be careful of red ants though :-). Aravinda took us for a familiarisation ride of the locality on our 1st day . He also picked / dropped us from/to airport in his sedan at very low cost. We definitely would like to come back again!

My stay was absolutely perfect! The accommodation was exactly as described - clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. The location was ideal, both for exploring and relaxing. The host was incredibly friendly, always available, and made sure I had everything I needed. I can highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Our stay at this villa was absolutely amazing. It was the best of our vacation so far. The host was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for the area. The location is ideal, peaceful within walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. The villa itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlights were definitely the beautiful pool and the open-shower bathroom, which added a unique touch to our stay. We’ll definitely be back! Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

Darshani's and Lucky's home is just amazing, we spent so goo time there! First of all, it is an entire floor (which is huge!) with your own private gate. The floor has a really big free space : wonderful chill zone with a lot of sofas, nice bedroom with a/c, bathroom and your own kitchen with all you need for daily cooking. There is also a dining table which is great as a workplace as well. In the living room there are some balconies and if you will open the doors you will feel a light cool breeze, so nice! The wi-fi is good for daily work as well. Location is nice, its close to the beach(10 min by bike) where you can swim with turtles. But the most important are hosts - Darshani and Lucky are so kind, caring and lovely. The will help with anything you need and even more! We had a wonderful time in their house and we would stay more, but it was already booked by another people for a several months, so you are lucky if you have an opportunity to book this amazing place.

Beautiful villa in great location close to the beach! Jude the host was very responsive, helping us arrange taxis and meeting us at the property. They were also flexible with check in/out times which was very helpful. The property was amazing, large and clean with security guard on site. Jude and his wife also cooked us an amazing dinner one evening. Would definitely recommend!

My two girlfriends and I had the best time at Koratuwa Villa, from the beginning to the end. The villa is beautiful, especially the garden and pool. We spent every morning with a dip and went back out in the evening to watch the stars (and fireflies!) from the loungers. The rooms were super comfortable, especially the master bedroom - the comfiest bed I've ever slept in! The hosts were so kind, friendly and super communicative. I arranged a meal for our first night which was a godsend as we were exhausted after a big day of travelling, and it was delicious. Cham was so helpful every step of the way, responding to all of our questions and arranging travels and tours to make the most of our stay. The location is perfect - it's super quiet and peaceful and away from the hustle, but you can be at Dikwella or Hiriketiya in 10m by tuktuk (which Cham can arrange for you). One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Already planning the next visit! Thank you!!

Excellent accomodation, great value for money. Large accomodation with beautiful garden directly located at the beach. Very friendly staff and easy communication. We‘re happy to come back again
