Liebevoll eingerichtet, ist sie zu jeder Jahreszeit bestens zum Erholen und Entspannen oder zum Arbeiten geeignet. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren in die nahe Umgebung oder Ausflüge Richtung Usedom.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist als Einliegerwohnung Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses in Paretz. Unser schöner Garten darf gerne gemeinschaftlich mit unseren Tieren (Hund, Katze und Schaf) geteilt werden und lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende kommen in Paretz ganz sicher auf ihre Kosten; ob beim Spaziergang in dem Naturschutzgebiet der "Paretzer Erdlöcher" oder auch beim entspannten Baden in der nur 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichenden Havel-Badestelle.

Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Wie eine Insel liegt unser Grundstück (ein Ausbau) zwischen zwei Dörfern in schöner, ruhiger Lage. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem großen Grundstück laden zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Gefühlt ist man weit ab und doch ganz nah am Rande des Naturparks Stechlin-Ruppiner Land mit seinen vielen Seen, der schönen Landschaft und den unterschiedlichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier in der Zeit von Mai bis September genau richtig.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.
