Ich habe die Wohnung von Uli geschäftlich für einen Mitarbeiter gebucht und ich habe von ihm ein sehr gutes Feedback erhalten. Der Check-In verlief einwandfrei und mein Kollege hat sich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern gut zu sehen ist. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sodass man nur noch einkaufen muss, um sich selbst verpflegen zu können. Ein Discounter befindet sich fußläufig in der Nähe. Uli selbst ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Gern buche ich wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Wir danken Patrizia & Wolfgang für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Tegernheim in der Nähe von Regensburg. Die kleine Wohnung war hervorragend geputzt und es war alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag so braucht. Man kann hervorragend am Ufer bis nach Regensburg hineinspazieren. Es fährt aber auch ein Bus fast bis vor die Haustür, ebenfalls machen E-Scooter Touren in dieser Stadt sehr viel Freude. Patrizia ist sehr hilfsbereit und wir fühlten uns willkommen. Es hat einfach alles gepasst, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Place seemed sketchy at first but is an amazing place. Great city and community just absolutely loved it. Beautiful bathroom as well as kitchen. Had everything we needed, couldn’t ask for anything else.

Il proprietario di casa è una persona estremamente cordiale e gentile, tutto era perfetto, ottima posizione per chi piace uscire in bicicletta o di corsa, lungo la sponda del Danubio è possibile correre in direzione Furth per oltre 10 km senza incontrare veicoli, un’esperienza molto piacevole. Io sono andato per lavoro e dovevo recarmi in fiera, posizione perfetta per parcheggiare la macchina in totale sicurezza e a soli 15 minuti dalla fiera. Facile da raggiungere, se si arriva dal sud Europa come me.

Good points: Small place (Cozy), quiet inside, clean. A lot of useful things (fridge, dishwasher and washing machine). Bathroom was clean, good water pressure and easy to access. Plenty of parking and easy to enter. I would stay here again. It’s close to plenty of attractions and reasonable priced. The TV also had YouTube and very quick internet :) Bad points: The neighbour hood is still very much under construction. There are lorries parked on the road, hard to see round it. The bed is like a brick (so if you have a back problem, warning) and the cleaning fee is quite pricey for a small location where you have to take the bins out and separate everything.

Schöne und helle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht.

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in einem historischen Häuschen mit viel Flair, toll renoviert und super gemütlich eingerichtet. Top-Lage in einer kleinen, ruhigen Gasse; Bäcker, Restaurants, das empfehlenswerte Biermuseum und ein großer, kostenfreier Parkplatz sind trotzdem nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Haus von Kerstin und Robert auch im Freundeskreis gerne weiter empfehlen.

We stayed at Lilly and Rolf’s place together with our friends and kids and had a wonderful stay. They were very kind in letting us check in early and made sure we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with seasonal drinks and given great recommendations. Their place is a short walk to the subway and the accommodation is really comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Wir haben mit Oma / Opa und unserem Hund ein paar wundervolle Tage in Manuela ihrem idyllischen Haus verbracht. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und hübsch eingerichtet! Wir kommen gern wieder :)

Judith und Jürgen sind Super Hosts. Noch nie hatten wir eine Unterkunft, die in so vielen Details so gut durchdacht war. Vom Erste Hilfe Kasten bis zum Olivenöl, es gab eine tolle Ausstattung, die weit über das Übliche hinaus ging. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fing schon beim Buchen an. Judith wies darauf hin, dass es neben dem Casa Loft noch die Ferienwohnung La Mansarda gibt und wir 12 aber alle Mahlzeiten im Casa Loft einnehmen können.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Wir waren über Silvester dort 4 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern und einem Kleinkind und auch für unseren Jüngsten stand eine komplette Ausstattung bereit und es war alles kindersicher. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Man findet alles was man braucht. Martin war ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

The House is located right next to a small lake with very beautiful scenary. Quite place. The house is very clean, with all kitchen ware availible. Most surprisingly the welcome bread and fruit from Fabian, who is a very nice landlord. We will visit again next year!

Waren mit allem sehr zufrieden :) alles wie in der Beschreibung!

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kleinkindern für eine Nacht bei Katarina. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. unseren Kindern hat die Spielküche Besonders gut gefallen.

Unser Aufenthalt war schön und angenehm. Alles was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Zu Fuß ist das Airbnb sehr gut erreichbar und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut.

What an amazing stay! The apartment was perfect in every way—clean, cozy, and stocked with all the amenities we could possibly need. The balcony was a real highlight—such a lovely spot to relax, enjoy a morning coffee, or wind down in the evening. Our host Sandra was exceptional—kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout. made everything feel effortless, and their attention to detail made us feel truly at home. It was genuinely hard to say goodbye—we wish we could have stayed longer! We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist fußläufig perfekt zu erreichen, das Auto steht in dem Parkhaus, welches 1 Minute entfernt liegt und für das Frühstück gibt es incl. leckerer Brötchen alles im Supermarkt, der im Erdgeschoß liegt. Daher können wir die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.
