Edge of the Wild - Guest House @ R Farm

1100sf, single story guest house that's a couple minutes from the town of Rifle, yet backs up to vast open space. Sheltered from view of the highway by trees, boasts tremendous sunsets over the Roan Cliffs, and views of the Hogbacks and Mamm Peak. "R Farm" is a developing farm w/ sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The guest house is adjacent to our family home and near the barn. Abundant opportunities for local outdoor enthusiasts exist or simply stay and enjoy the abundance.

Nestled in a quiet little mtn town, the gateway to Grand Mesa with a wild horse herd in its "backyard", near Powderhorn skiing, world class bike trails and wine tasting. The cottage was built right after The Depression but before WWII-a unique architectural "moment in time" It's been lovingly restored and still has many original features like the 1941 Montgomery Wards Catalog kitchen cabinets. You will love sitting on the porch watching them play as the sun sets, or having your morning coffee with them. Mountain Ranch Retreat

It is also in the center of Colorado hunting unit 421. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. Sleeps up to 6. Fully furnished kitchen for your use. all you need to bring are the groceries.

Welcome to Cowboy Cottages! Cottage A is a 2 story log cabin home located near the front of a 6+ acre property surrounded by trees and ponds to create a park-like setting. The main floor has an open kitchen, dining and living area with the bathroom and one bedroom. The upstairs has a bedroom with a queen and twin beds and a loft area with another queen bed. The cabin is dog-friendly with plenty of outdoor space for your four-legged loved one to roam.

We are located less than a 5 minute drive to Harvey Gap Reservoir and the White River National Forest. You can be on I-70 in less than 10 minutes for quick access to the Roaring Fork Valley, Vail Valley or Grand Junction areas.

Our Dream Ranch Guest Home

Our Dream Ranch sits on 70 gorgeous acres with room to hike to the Colorado River that borders our property. Relax at the stocked fishing pond or have a fire in our firepit. Golfing right across the road. Activity Center within 2 miles. Ski Resorts 45 minutes away. Very quiet and peaceful. You can bring horses for an additional fee of $20.00/horse/limit 2 horses. We have turn out available.

Red Barn Suite at Four Mile Creek Guest Cabins

The suite was originally the milking room of our historic red barn. A queen sized bed, full bath with a claw foot tub, full kitchen and a gas (free standing) fireplace make the Barn Suite a unique and pleasing country getaway. Starting January 1, 2025 we will not be serving breakfast but we will be providing Coffee, Teas and creamer in the cabins.
