A heartfelt and massive thanks to Chiara for eight great days in amazing surroundings and a very nice apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is great, the big garden is a great joy and the the view from everywhere on the premises is stunning. Chiara is such a nice and considerate host and both we and our two children enjoyed every second there! We highly recommend staying at Il Colle delle Terrazze, you won’t regret it!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare, con un gruppo di amici, in questa grande casa al mare ed è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa. La location è infatti proprio ideale per gruppi e/o famiglie numerose; offre ampi spazi, sia interni che esterni. La casa è molto accogliente e ben arredata, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Ma ciò che ha reso ancora più piacevole la vacanza è stata l'ospitalità dell'host. Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. L'host è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o domanda. Consiglio vivamente questa casa al mare a chiunque cerchi una vacanza rilassante in una posizione tranquilla e con un'ospitalità eccezionale.

Trevligt och stort boende perfekt för en avkopplande resa i Italien med fantastiska vyer, goda närliggande restauranger och mycket roliga aktiviteter i huset. Värden är mån att saker ska ske på sitt sätt och kan komma att uppfattas som aningen kontrollerande. Rekommenderar!

Oppholdet i huset til Maria og Angelo var rett og slett fantastisk. De tok oss svært godt imot, selv om vi var mange timer forsinket på grunn av forsinket fly, rot med leiebil og stengt Autostrada. Hele eiendommen, både innvendig og utvendig, holder en meget høy standard. Alt framsto som ekstremt rent og velholdt. Vi satte stor pris på å ha tre store soverom, to gode bad, stue med behagelige møbler, godt utstyrt kjøkken og to balkonger som kunne brukes til frokost eller et glass vin om kvelden. Vi hadde også stor glede av det velholdte bassengområdet og den frodige og vakre hagen. Oppsummert - hvis du ønsker deg et ferieopphold med utmerket komfort og med de aller beste verter - i et område med nesten bare italienske turister - da anbefales dette huset på det sterkeste.

Incantevole, questo è il primo termine che io e mia moglie abbiamo pronunciato vedendo la casa ed il posto. La casa è enorme, pulita e con tutte le comodità. Un grande giardino, una vista spettacolare. La breve strada sterrata che porta alla casa può essere difficoltosa per auto molto basse, ma fattibile con un'auto normale. Enrico e Paolo sono stati precisi nel fornire le indicazioni, comprensivi e disponibili. Mi piacerebbe tornarci anche con i 2 nipotini gemelli di 9 anni ed i miei cognati, tanto c'è spazio per tutti. Conisigliatissimo!!

Toller Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist liebevoll und dekorativ eingerichtet und hat alles was benötigt wird. Die Gastgeberin und auch ihr Willkommensgeschenk haben uns angenehm überrascht. Wir haben uns alle (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) sehr wohlgefühlt.

We (8 people) spent a week at Villa Chiara, a charming rustic villa on the outskirts of Riccione. It was a lovely stay: a large open-plan kitchen, two clean bathrooms, and four spacious bedrooms. Despite the cool, rainy April weather, it was warm inside the house. With the 8 available bicycles, we were quickly at the beach (8 minutes) and able to explore the city. The communication with Gianluca was perfect: our inquiries were answered within a few minutes. All in all, it was a very enjoyable holiday and a highly recommended accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

Incredible place, with an beautiful view. The house is rustic and welcoming. We had a great time, we will probably return in the summertime!

Der Gastgeber Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und gross. Andrea war bei jedem Problem hilfsbereit.

Wir haben 1 Woche in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht – ein Traum inmitten der Natur. Auf dem Berg umgeben von Wald und Wiesen mit traumhafter Aussicht und tollem Pool. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man so braucht. Unsere Jungs hatten eine fantastische Zeit und konnten rund um das Haus viel entdecken. Die Betreuung durch Roberta war sensationell. Herzlich, immer ansprechbar und eine riesige Unterstützung – ob bei Restaurantreservierungen oder der Organisation und Beratung bei Trips nach Florenz und Arezzo. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt Roberta und Donato, die uns in einer schwierigen Situation unglaublich geholfen haben. Als unser Auto kaputtging, kümmerten sie sich sofort, führtenTelefonate, fuhren uns zur Werkstatt, Donato schleppe sogar unser Auto ab, so dass das Problem schnell behoben werden konnte. Wir haben uns dank der wunderbaren Betreuung unglaublich wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

Alda made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful time at the house, in town and at the beach. We will definitely be back another time.

The house and the whole property is a dream! The park of the house is huge and offers a lot to discover including the pool from which you have an astonishing view to the little mountains in the surroundings. The house itself has a lot of tasteful old furniture, including a billiard table. We cooked a lot in the well equipped kitchen and also did a barbecue in the garden. It’s the perfect place for a big group like ours with a lot of kids who appreciate a quite and close to nature home.

We visited La Barca nel Bosco with 6 adults and 5 kids. The house was big and it had everything we needed. Girolamo and his family were very hospitable and they arranged also arranged a local dinner for us. We did day trips to Fano city, Urbino and much more. Highly recommend.

This was our second time visiting this beautiful farmhouse and once again we were not disappointed. The location is peaceful and private. The pool is amazing. The location is the perfect place to discover Tuscany and the local towns and villages. Pop down to the bakery in the nearby village at Chiassa Superiore and have pizza, possibly the best pizza in the world! Thank you for allowing us to stay again. Salvatore the caretaker lives further down the valley, such an amazing guy, he will show you around and provide whatever help you need; he speaks no English, but we desperately wanted to bring him home with us! Please be kind to him, he will look after you. Don't hesitate to stay at this villa, you won't be disappointed.

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung und Pool waren sehr schön, Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Großes Anwesen mit eigenem Pool und in ruhiger idyllischer Lage. 😊 Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in Davides Unterkunft und waren in Summe 10 Personen inkl. Kinder. Das Haus mit eigenem Pool und das große Anwesen lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Nach Pesaro zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt und ist in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Davide war stets gut zu erreichen und hat uns als Wilkommensgeschenk einen tollen regionalen Essenskorb überlassen. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür.

Formidable environnement, calme ... ma maison est très confortable et agencée avec beaucoup de goût ! Le père de Daniela est très réactif quand Daniela travaille et le bassin d'eau est extrêmement appréciable durant les chaleurs d'été. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les moustiquaires très performantes qui protègent les fenêtres des chambres. À recommander absolument !

Piękne miejsce , piękny dom i niesamowita okolica . Wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek. Czuliśmy się jak w raju. Budziła nas cisza...a zasypialiśmy przy dźwięku koników polnych. Dom bardzo czysty , piękny basen , piec do pizzy i wiele innych udogodnień. Było nam bardzo miło jak Michela przywitała nas winem i domowym ciastem. Wrócimy tam na pewno.
