Bellissimo bilocale completamente ristrutturato dagli ampi spazi al piano terra di una palazzina storica ristrutturata anch'essa recentemente, ideale per chi cerca una soluzione dalle principali caratteristiche strutturali, tipiche del territorio. L'immobile conserva ancora in buono stato le volte a stella originali del 1940, caratteristica che lo rende unico nel suo genere. E' sito a pochi passi dall'Obelisco e dalla famosa 'Porta Napoli' (Arco di Trionfo), uno degli ingressi al centro storico.

Nach zwei Jahren Umbauzeit vermieten wir ab Frühjahr 2025 erstmals das ehemalige Haus meiner Großeltern, "Villa Greco". Es handelt sich um ein geräumiges Haus mit den traditionellen, hohen Decken "volte a stelle". Es ist ca. 98 qm groß. Alles wurde sehr modern renoviert. Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und eine Heizung. Außerdem ist für Herbst- und Wintertage ein Holz-Kaminofen zusätzlich vorhanden. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Zur barocken Altstadt von Nardò sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten.
