Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Top ausgestattet und sauber. Beim Check In wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir bekamen hilfreiche Tipps bzgl. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Einfach toll! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Ive been travelling to Italia for about 2 months. All the way from the top to the bottom. And ive been staying at many accommodations through this app. And this house (hotel) run by Filippo in Longiano was the best. The location is exceptional and the host is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast comes with the stay at the lounge is beyond the line of typical Airbn stay. It's a hotel quality

Wir waren eine Woche, als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern, bei Alessandra. Die Unterkunft war genau wie es auf den Fotos abgebildet war. Für Kinder gab es einen großen Garten zum Spielen. Im Garten fanden sich viele Möglichkeiten (Trampolin, kleine Klettergerüste, Netz z.B. für Badminton ect.) wo sich unsere Kinder sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Der Pool war auch ein Highlight. Das Frühstück, war super lecker und sehr vielfältig. Vorwiegend süßes Frühstück was Regional klassisch ist. Sie macht alles frisch am Morgen, selbstgemachte Kuchen, Minibrioche, Pancakes und mehr. Die herzhaften Sandwiches waren mein Highlight, Eier auf Wunsch und sehr viele Müslis und Extras dafür. Das Zimmer war super sauber und Bad perfekt gesäubert. Sie hat uns Fahrräder angeboten sogar mit Kinderanhänger. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt, gibt kostenfrei Parkplätze und auch Strandabschnitte. Die Empfehlung kam von Alessandra. Sie gibt sehr viele schöne Tipps sowohl für Essen und Ausflüge. Grazie

Rosaria and her husband are extremely welcoming. It’s like being part of an Italian household for some days (in a very good way😁). They took really good care of us by having an amazing breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, and Rosaria even did the laundry for us. We ate fruits from the garden, they had a great pool and a lot of hiking options around. Thanks again for this lovely stay!!

Soggiorno bellissimo, l’ubicazione del B&b è fantastica comodo per spostarsi a piedi, in 5 minuti sei in spiaggia e in 10 in centro. Giorgia sempre disponibile e gentile

Appartamento a pochi km da Urbino. Ambiente pulito curato ed accogliente, ci si sente a casa . Con Daniele non ci siamo conosciuti personalmente, ma cmq sempre disponibile , ci ha accolto suo papà, persona adorabile gentilissimo molto premuroso. La colazione fantastica non manca nulla dolce e salato , con torte fatte in casa buonissime . Grazie

Very tasteful house and appartment. Very kind host. Suggestion is to provide more local tips for sightseeing and eating. Carlina was great. Also you could add two comfi chairs inside the appt. so guests can sit and read.

Elena et son mari sont très chaleureux et aux petits soins pour leurs voyageurs. Propreté irréprochable, le studio est très grand et convient facilement à une familles avec plusieurs enfants. Un plus, avec son grand jardin et la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Super schönes und sauberes B&B! Nadia sowie das Personal waren immer sehr freundlich und standen für Fragen offen. Sehr leckeres und ausgewogenes Frühstück. Wenn etwas an dem Buffet leer war wurde es sofort aufgefüllt und auf Wunsch weitere Sandwiches gemacht. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und wurde zudem jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir haben die 5 Tage in der Villa Lauda sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Posto bellissimo, super rilassante e perfetta ospitalità fanno di questo luogo l'ideale per chi vuole staccare la spina per un po'. Non perdetevi il dolce della casa per colazione, super consigliato!

Massimiliano e Carmen ci hanno accolto con la massima disponibilità e tanta simpatia. Ottimi i loro consigli su cosa visitare e dove andare a mangiare. Pulizia superlativa e cura nei dettagli della camera. Colazione super, prodotti freschi, dolci e salati, preparati da Carmen. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma in posizione strategica per visitare le attrazioni della zona, come Gradara, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Pesaro e Urbino. Consiglio senza ombra di dubbio questa struttura gestita da persone che hanno a cuore gli ospiti.

Wat een paradijsje! Echt een heel erg mooie, rustige plek om te vertoeven. Een zwembad, heerlijk ontbijt, prachtige schaduwplekjes met een leuk uitgekozen meubilair, frisse kamer (air-co) en een erg vriendelijke familie die ons heel hartelijk ontving en alles in het werk stelde om ons een geweldig verblijf te geven. Een echte aanrader!!

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, alles wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch gut erreichbar. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt – gerne wieder!

Wie hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Maria und Tazio sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Sie kümmern sich liebevoll um alle Gäste. Das Haus ist wunderschön und modern hergerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das absolute Highlight ist das köstliche Frühstück am Morgen. Das wohl beste Frühstück, das wir je hatten. Tausend Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung. Wir würden immer wieder buchen. Hervorragend.

Lovely place Abracadabra and Angela is a lovely host. In the middle of farmland this small Oase. Lovely decorated, nice rooms, good beds, great garden with a big pool. We loved our stay and would recommend this to everyone!

The house was a rare find and better than expected! Giovanna made me feel at home from the moment we spoke on messages! She made the best breakfast for me everyday i was there and kept tidying up my room all the time! The only regret i have is that i didnt spend more time with Giovanna at that gorgeous villa! If i ever get the chance to go again i will not leave from that estate!!!

What a fantastic Airbnb! I think it was our best experience ever. Eleanora and Lorenzo were so friendly and welcoming. They were also very generous with supplies of tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, etc., which is always nice. The apartment was so beautiful, brand new, harmoniously furnished, fully equipped, everything you needed and extras such as Alexa and Netflix. The surroundings were also beautiful with a lovely space to sit outside and take in the view and the peace and quiet. We loved it so much and wished we could have stayed longer. Do not hesitate to book - it is such a treat and you will have no regrets.

Se volete staccare da tutto ed immergervi in mezzo alla natura, questo posto fa per voi! Giacomo e Daniela sono super host. Vi faranno sentire accolti come in famiglia. Se avete dei bimbi si divertiranno a vedere gli svariati animaletti ( dalla tartaruga all’ asino). Cogliere more e fichi e mangiarli sotto l’albero è un’esperienza che resta nel cuore. Provare per credere!
