Great stay in David’s apartment. Awesome views from the lounge and bedrooms. Couple of minutes walk from Rundle mall and restaurants around Rundle and Frome Street. Also super close to Europecar pick up / office, which might be worth bearing in mine if planning to hire a car.

Absolutely amazing place so central walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars, casino and Adelaide Oval. Place very clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

The accommodation was in a great location with easy walking distance or free public transport to destinations within the CBD. Green spaces right across the road were great for the kids to run around. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a carpark was everything we needed. The accommodation was also child-friendly with a lack of breakables but plenty of cushions to build a fort in the lounge room. While quite a large accommodation complex, we didn’t hear the neighbours but they might have heard our kids. Andrew was very helpful with local eatery recommendations, offers of early access and late check-out, and thoughtful welcome treats. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Fabulous apartment and fabulous host, Katherine proactively communicated with us prior to check in to ensure no issues locating or accessing the apartment. The apartment is clean and well equipped and is exactly as described and photographed. Despite central location we found the street noise was lower than we expected probably due to being on the 14th floor.

Close everything that you need. Very good location.

We came to Adelaide for Gather Round and found that this apartment was in a great location that allowed us to easily walk to Adelaide Oval and to many inner CBD places like restaurants, cafe's, shops and gyms. The pool and sauna were great extra amenities that came with the apartment. Pav was a great host and the apartment was very clean and a great place to stay.

Brandon is a great host - very quick with responding messages whenever I have a question. The place is perfect if you’d wanna to be in the city yet your own place while being budget friendly. Very comfy bed/China town being steps away. Perfect for single/couples who just need a cozy place to rest after a long day of exploring. Also close to loads of public transit. Would def recommend.

it was my first stay in the city on my own, John was very responsive and helpful. The location was great and I felt safe as the apartment was very secure as well as being the perfect location in the CBD for my appointments. lots to do in the area, John left alot of information and great recommendations during my stay. Beautiful artistic home in a very quiet and convenient suburb. Amanda was a proactive host who made it easy for us. The creative flair in the home made it the “change of scenery” we were looking for! You do need to be conscious it’s a house built over 100 years ago (e.g.: ventilation in the bathroom etc.), but anyone who has travelled a bit will see the value and care on this home

We stayed over 2 months in the old-style cottage and felt right at home. We loved to sit in the garden (front and back) watching the birds while having dinner or breakfast. It had everything we needed and cooking and washing up in the large, bright kitchen was fun. Car park on the property, shopping in walking distance, and public transport (busses) alike. Quiet neighbourhood.

Immediately felt right at home, relaxed and comfortable. Description is very accurate and the check-in easy. Level and short walk to the main street which has everything you need: bakery, groceries, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, visitors centre plus some great shops. Great base to explore the Barossa and I would highly recommend Ruby’s for families, couples or friends. Lots of room and space for 6. Would love to return and spend more than the three nights. An air-conditioned oasis in the town center. Very comfortable for my wife and I, and would have easily accommodated another couple. John was flexible about our early arrival time, which was very helpful for us. Clean, a modern kitchen and laundry, on a quiet street. The neighborhood is very interesting: A central location, very close to both the shops of Chinatown and the Central Market. Great place to stay!

Everything about Kath’s home was incredible. A close easy walk to the main street, park your car and relax. The house is a beautiful combination of the old and the new, so well presented with everything that you would want for your stay. The nicest property we have stayed in to date. Kath is also a great host definitely recommended.

Spacious accommodation, enjoyed our stay, really appreciated the basic fridge items supplied to get us started on arrival.

This is the perfect place for a pet friendly getaway, from the moment we booked Emma and Sara were the perfect hosts. We appreciated all the small details and thought that went into this listing including the welcome hamper for both human and fur guests. No small detail was forgotten! The location was so peaceful and our mornings surrounded by the local birds on the deck was serene. No better place to sit and have a coffee in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. We don’t often stay in the same place more than once but we are already planning when we will be able to travel down with our fur baby again in future! Thank you again Emma, Sara, Bacchus and Zed!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed—the hosts had beautifully set up rose petals, wine, and some delicious nibbles for us to celebrate, which was such a thoughtful touch. The space was gorgeous, and the spa and bath were next-level relaxing. The bed was honestly the comfiest I've ever slept in—like sinking into a cloud after a long day of exploring. The whole place felt like a romantic, peaceful escape. The hosts were amazing—super kind, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. We can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a special, relaxing, and beautifully set-up stay, this is the one!

One of the best ever :) We have been using Airbnb for many years; & Deb’s property is one of the best we have ever stayed at. So thoughtful with little extras; which was very appreciative. The layout and cleanliness of her property was first class. Communication with Deb was easy and all instructions easy to follow. We would gladly re book this property. Very close to the Rundle Mall, Botanical Gardens & Adelaide Oval just a 20 minutes walk away.

Great location, so close to the Rundle street mall. So many great options for food and dining out. Pubs only a 5 min walk away. Unit was very clean and tidy, with a great balcony. Great communication from manager, and someone was there to greet us on arrival. The only negative is that there is no parking for your vehicle, nearby parking stations are quite expensive to use. other than that, 5 stars.

This was the second time that we have stayed at M & Ms. They are wonderful hosts, the location is excellent for walking around or catching buses and being an apartment, there is a lot of space to spread out. We highly recommend the apartment and the excellent hosts.

Instructions were easy to follow, located near Rundle mall plenty of food choices to choose from. Place was well presented and communication between host was great.

Loved staying here it had the best view over the city and sunset!!! Central location and so easy to walk everywhere to things like food, coffee, art gallery, gardens etc. The house was comfy with all amenities you need for short and long term stay plus the host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Ian was a fantastic host. His communication and information was very clear and well thought out. We were there for a basketball tournament and the central location suited us extremely well. The walk up the street become a ritual in the mornings for a coffee. The place met our expectations with space and the basic essentials in the fridge and on the bench were of great use. The place was clean and tidy and well suited for our family of 4.

what a lovely stay. Linda is a fab host, very responsive and helpful. North Adelaide is a beautiful suburb, lots within walking distance and amazing food just a few minutes walk away. the apartment was super child friendly and clean, we loved it and have recommended it to friends who live in Adelaide and have guests coming. thank you for a great stay!
