We had a wonderful time at Marina's beautiful house! The children all absolutely loved the pool, and we have everything we needed in the house for living comfortably. The views are spectacular! And with Lucca only a short drive away we were spoiled for choice with things to do. Marina and Paulo were very friendly and helpful, with local recommendations and booking restaurants etc. It's definitely a holiday we'll remember and I would 100% recommend staying here! Grazie mille!!

Wat een geweldig verblijf hebben we gehad in het huis van Italo. Omdat hij zelf geen Engels spreekt en wij geen Italiaans, werden we super lief en hartelijk ontvangen door Chiara. Zij en Italo hebben ervoor gezorgd dat we ons direct thuis voelden in het geweldige huis. Heel veel dank voor alles en natuurlijk ook voor de heerlijke eigengemaakte wijn! Geef je niet om luxe, maar wel om authenticiteit en een prachtige omgeving, dan is dit huis echt een aanrader!

Die Unterkunft ist wahnsinnig schön um den Alltagsstress zu entkommen und durchatmen zu können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von den Tieren bekommt man in der Unterkunft selbst nichts mit, nur wenn man sich draußen aufhält. Ein ganz besonders tolles Flair!

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

Wij hebben met vriendinnen 4 dagen lang genoten op deze mooie plek. Het huis staat tussen de wijngaarden en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Zowel de binnen- als buitenruimte zijn van alle gemakken voorzien en alles was erg schoon en netjes. De wijnkelder is echt fantastisch, voor wijnliefhebbers een echte droom :). De communicatie met Diana was super fijn, ze reageerde heel snel en had veel tips. Bedankt!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Giacomo war sehr schön. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und hatten gut Platz im und um das Haus. Die Küche hatte alles relevante dabei, die Betten sind bequem und der Garten mega gross und schön. Giacomo und seine Eltern sind sehr nette Leute, wir haben sogar einen Kuchen erhalten, welcher sehr sehr lecker war. Giacomo hat uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Wir danken Giacomo und seinen Eltern für den schönen Aufenthalt!

A fantastic place to relax and unwind. The garden, views, and the property itself were wonderful. We wish we could have stayed longer. Roberta was an excellent host.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub bei Assunta verbracht. Haus und Garten sind bezaubernd und noch viel schöner als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Man erreicht Meer und Berge mit dem Auto gut, kann sich aber auch ganz in Ruhe im Haus und am Pool aufhalten. Wann immer wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir sie mit Assunta oder ihrem Sohn unkompliziert klären.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni meravigliosi in questa villa a Mombaruzzo! La villa è semplicemente fantastica: spaziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. Il paesaggio che la circonda è mozzafiato, immerso nella tranquillità, perfetto sia per famiglie che per gruppi di amici. La piscina è perfetta, pulita e ben mantenuta, ideale per rilassarsi e divertirsi. Il personale è stato super super super super disponibile, sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutarci in qualsiasi momento. Tantissimi servizi a disposizione che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio questa villa a tutti,un’esperienza che sicuramente ripeteremo!

Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber war stets zuvorkommend, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Haus befindet sich mitten in den Weinbergen und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die praktische Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit lässt einem sofort wohl und heimisch fühlen. Die vielen Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge sind sehr wertvoll und können bedenkenlos befolgt werden. Wir kommen wieder!

This beautifully restored collection of properties gave us the perfect mix of peaceful surroundings with the ability to meet and mix with other visitors from different countries if and when we wanted. Aperitives in the gardens are a must and can be followed by supper with fresh local produce expertly cooked and served by Paolo and Kitty (thankyou). The pool is fantastic, really clean and well maintained with adequate choices of seating and loungers for all. We had a wonderful five night stay and only wished we'd booked longer, I guess that we'll have to return!!

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

abbiamo passato il capodanno in compagnia e ci siamo divertiti molto. la casa è bellissima e rispecchia tutte le informazioni. Elizabeth è molto gentile e proattiva per qualunque richiesta o problema. assolutamente consigliato!

Super Lage, fantastische Weitsicht, traumhafte Gegend, super freundlicher Host. Bei Claes Gast sein zu dürfen, ist einfach wunderbar. Er hat uns mit einem Begrüssungs-Apéro überrascht, was wir gemütlich mit ihm genossen. Er ist sehr hilfreich, kennt die Gegend wie seine eigene Westentasche und kann deswegen tolle Tipps geben. Das Haus ist liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind der Hammer, man schläft darin super gut. Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da es zu kalt war. Aber wir wären trotzdem zu gerne hineingesprungen ... Jeder, der diesen Ort wählt, darf sich auf einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt freuen.

Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Viele nützliche Informationen für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Unternehmungen wurden uns von Elisabeth zur Verfügung gestellt . Vielen Dank und alles Gute.

Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft. Super schön gemütlich, es war mehr als alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Umgebung war toll, der Garten hat einen Grillplatz, den wir genutzt haben. Susi und Paolo waren so zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Susi hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung, aber auch für Pisa und Livorno gegeben. Es war einfach eine richtig tolle Zeit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :D

Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend con una coppia di amici con i bambini. È stato tutto perfetto.

Massimiliano e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi. Avevamo prenotato la casa per il finesettimana dell'8 dicembre da passare fuori, la casa ci ha fatto passare un bellissimo weekend

I hardly ever write reviews on Airbnb, but this flat deserves one. The place is spacious and beautiful, and the view from literally every window is simply stunning. Plus, Alessandro is a great host. Highly recommended.

L'alloggio di Elisa è splendido, immerso nella natura e nel silenzio. Gli spazi sono confortevoli e dispongono di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno piacevole. Elisa è stata sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli, Irina e Gianni, genitori di Elisa che vivono accanto, sono due persone meravigliose, disponibili e gentili. Sicuramente se ripasseremo in zona, torneremo qui! Grazie di tutto :)

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

We loved the place. With two young kids it was the perfect location to stay… not too busy and close proximity to the water. Would highly recommend.

Alberto è un host attento, puntuale, cordiale, molto reattivo e sempre disponibile oltre ad essere una persona socievole con la quale avere interessanti conversazioni. la casa è molto grande e comoda adatta a gruppi di più persone. Noi eravamo due famiglie e siamo stati benissimo. 4 ampie camere due bagni completamente rifatti, una comoda zona living e una cucina ben fornita e abitabile. Il giardino è stupendo, la proprietà è in mezzo alla campagna in una oasi di pace ma comunque molto vicina al centro abitato e a poca distanza da Parma, Reggio e Modena. Consigliatissimo!

The apartment is beautiful, decorated with excellent taste and very high standards. The view is wonderful. From every window of the flat and from the massive terrace you have an interrupted view of the surrounding countryside, with extensive vineyards and other small villages on top of the hills. Monica and Michelle are wonderful hosts: friendly, always there if you need anything but at the same time respecting your privacy. It was a great holiday, despite the bad weather, and we fully enjoyed the apartment and the company of Monica and Michelle. Thank you both!!
