Renta de lofts vacacionales en Riviera di Levante

La zona dov'è situato l'immobile è molto tranquilla e collegata bene al centro della città con bus e treno (io consiglio il bus n.42). L'appartamento è molto bello, nuovo e curato nei minimi particolari. I letti sono molto comodi. Inoltre l'immobile dispone di un giardino incantevole da dove si accede in maniera indipendente alla casa. Nel giardino inoltre si riescei anche a posteggiare un'auto di classe media ( il cancello è un po' stretto). L'host è stata molto presente e reattiva nel rispondere alle nostre domande.

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Was well equipped - the kitchen had plenty of pans and utensils to cook a full meal. Dishwasher was a welcome extra. Speciality food and small grocery shops easily within walking distance. Wifi was fast and reliable. Small area to sit out on, overlooking the internal space of the surrounding apartments. Ideal to dry your laundry on if you had used the washing machine - airer provided. Perfectly placed in Lucca within the walls but in a quiet area - everything was easily walkable including the train station. We were met by Renzo, Carlo's father, who showed us how everything worked. Carlo responded promptly to any queries we had and was very understanding when I broke a wine glass. This feels much more like a beautiful home and not your typical Airbnb apartment. We would love to come back and stay again. Thank you Carlo and Renzo and once again many apologies for breaking the wine glass.

Great location in the heart of the old city but very close to the waterfront. Cobblestone streets are quaint, just be aware that getting there is hard on wheels of your suitcase.

Fantastic stay in Riomaggiore! The location was amazing, right in the heart of town with beautiful views. Our host, Anita, was incredibly helpful and gave us great tips for getting around and exploring the area. Highly recommend!

The stay as Silvia’s places was great. It’s was literally a 5 min walk from the train station. The instructions to get into the apartment were exactly as provided. The apartment is within walking distance of everything in Lucca. Just 50m from the apartment were cafes and restaurants. There was one issue to do with electrics (outside the apartment) and when I let Silvia know she responded to me immediately and had someone attend to the problem. Silvia also came to the apartment and communicated directly to me about the issue. All in all I was very happy with my stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely Vernazza Airbnb. The studio space was perfect for our needs — clean, comfortable, and very well located for both hiking and accessing the train to explore the other villages. After climbing countless steps throughout Cinque Terre, having just 40 steps from the main street to the front door felt like heaven! It was the ideal base for a relaxing and scenic holiday, and we’d happily stay again.

Sono molto contento di aver soggiornato nel loft di Ariella. La mia esperienza è stata fantastica. Ero lì con il mio gruppo di 8 persone per un corso di crescita personale e devo dire che il posto è proprio adatto. Il senso di disconnessione è profondo, il loft è molto bello e Ariella è stata sempre molto disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia riconnettersi con la natura, esplorare e, perché no, visitare Acqui Terme, che dista circa 10 minuti in macchina. Abbiamo anche utilizzato la piscina, per fortuna il tempo ce lo ha permesso. Spero di tornarci.

Wir wurden von Sandra äusserst freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Eine private Treppe führt direkt zur Strandpromenade. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

What an absolute gem of a find, great location near the train station, local cafes and restaurants are at walking distance. Place had a blend of traditional and Modern touches, with every you need. Madaline was a super host and brought me coffee when she came to top up the coffee pods. Such a nice touch. Highly recommended and defo will stay again.

Séjour parfait avec la vue des levées de soleil au dessus des collines chaque matin Loft bien climatisé malgré des températures supérieures à 35 degrés Accès en 15 mn de voiture aux plages de Viareggio et 30 mn de celles de forte dei marmi. Pour les amateurs d’opéra , à 15 mn de Torre del Lago Puccini ( programme estival splendide) 30 minutes de Lucques ( magnifique), de Pise, de carrare Idéal pour la région de Versiglia

Paolo e Christine sono stati gentilissimi e più che disponibili dal primo momento. Tutto promosso a pieni voti. Abbiamo passato due giorni in totale relax immersi nella natura. L'appartamento è accogliente e molto, molto confortevole, non abbiamo avuto necessità di nulla. Il centro del paese si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti e nei dintorni ci sono diversi percorsi per fare escursioni. Noi siamo arrivati con mezzi pubblici e ci è stato gentilmente offerto un passaggio per raggiungere il percorso verso il monte Verruca (imperdibile). In conclusione, consigliatissimo! Ringraziamo di cuore.

I spent a month and really enjoyed. The Loft. The loft is roomy and a nice place to relax and enjoy the sites and sounds of Genoa. Central located to public transportation and makes it easy to get around the city. Carlo has a great love for the history and culture of Genoa and likes to share that with his guest. He is very accommodating and helpful during my visit. Very easy to walk to the port and also to Piazza Ferrari. Definitely will stay there on my nextvisit to Genoa.

Beautiful place, cosy and comfortable! Very central. Communication was great. Loved it would definitely stay again.

Schönes Haus, mehr oder weniger direkt am Hafen. Ofen hat leider bei uns nicht so gut funktioniert, jedoch ist das nur eine Kleinigkeit. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort!
