Ottimo Alloggio in posizione strategica da tutto il centro e i punti interessanti,in zona tranquilla ben servita,ottima l'accoglienza al ceckin e l'esposizione dei servizi e ristoranti in zona,la casa è in un palazzo d'epoca con i pro e i contro del caso mi sento di consigliarlo assolutamente per la posizione e tutto il resto precedentemente citato,spero di ritornarci in futuro

Lorenzo's place is really lovely, cozy and feels like home. Extremely clean with all facilities needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Really comfortable bed and relaxing sofas. Great location in the heart of the historic centre! Would love to come back one day and spend more time here. Lorenzo was very helpful and kind with a difficult situation we had. Thank you Lorenzo. We will be back one day I hope!

Corniglia is a very small town a a bit less crowded than the others but with enough restaurants. Apartment is large (3 bedrooms), clean and comfortable. Beds are large and comfortable. Views spectacular. Host works next door, met us in piazza and brought us to the apartment. Host is available for help, she sent someone to help us with the washing machine. Corniglia is best place to start to walk to Vernassa. Beach is pretty but down many steps and very difficult to swim. I would stay in this town again to avoid the crowds. Easy to use the train between towns. Take a boat trip from Vernassa.

Alloggio molto confortevole e veramente a due passi dal mare! L’host è stato molto disponibile e responsive, fornendo anche l’occorrente per una bimba di un anno (seggiolone, lettino con lenzuola e anche un piccolo accappatoio!). Consigliato!

L’appartamento è ben attrezzato e molto ordinato, con tutto il necessario per il proprio soggiorno. Anche arrivando da stazione Genova Principe, l’appartamento è facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi sia con i mezzi. La casa, perfetta anche per 4 adulti, è il punto di partenza ideale per visitare la città. Abbiamo trovato molto comodi sia il letto nella camera matrimoniale sia il divano letto. La zona è molto tranquilla e il palazzo è silenzioso. Molto apprezzato anche il terrazzino. La comunicazione con Benedetta è stata puntuale e costante. Consigliamo vivamente sia la struttura sia l’host! ☺️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Le logement est encore mieux en vrai qu’en photo et il est vraiment très propre et spacieux. Emilio nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de très bonnes recommandations pour notre séjour. Je vous recommande cet appartement .

Un ringraziamento al nostro Host, che ci ha consentito di trascorrere una settimana in un appartamento dotato di tutti i confort necessari, come a casa. Posizione tranquilla e comoda per gli spostamenti, nelle vicinanze si trovano anche dei supermercati ed una pratica lavanderia a gettoni. Ci ha accolto all'arrivo fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per vivere la casa e i dintorni. Grazie, è stato un piacere.

L'appartamento si trova in piazza, la zona è molto comoda per girare a piedi il centro di Livorno ed è praticamente tutto a due passi. All'arrivo abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'ascenzore ma Elio è stato subito reattivo per aiutarci a risolvere in breve tempo. La comunicazione è sempre stata rapida ed efficace. Consigliatissimo!

Un angolo di paradiso tra le montagne, casa enorme a disposizione completa di tutto, location splendida, host gentile e reattivo. Tutto perfetto grazie

Lara is the most welcoming and heartfelt person. Our stay at La Radice couldn’t be any better really. The house and garden was amazing as well as Lara’s restaurant with the most delicious homemade food. Everything made us feel very at home. Un séjour bref chez Piera mais le logement correspondait bien à l'annonce. Endroit très calme.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

This stay has been the best AirBnb experience i’ve had so far, all thanks to Massimo and his wife Brunella. Both have such kind and welcoming souls and were eager to help us with anything including transport and food. I highly HIGHLY recommend staying here especially if you’re open to the idea of “la dolce vita”, being present, and simply talking to Massimo about life. I don’t think i’ll ever forget my time there. On top of this, the actual space was beautiful, equipped with everything, and felt like a really lovely home. I felt really welcomed as soon as I stepped foot in the house. I stayed with my mom and sister and the three of us truly enjoyed our stay! (used the kitchen, enjoyed our hot showers, sat outside in the garden, played some board games). I hope to come back some day and stay with Massimo again!!

Esperienza molto positiva. Casa ben organizzata e pulita, vicina al mare ma lontana dal rumore del centro. Tornerei volentieri se fossi in zona. Unica pecca: può non essere facile trovare parcheggio, pur essendo ovunque a pagamento. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato e non abbiamo più spostato la macchina.

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l’appartement : très propre, bien équipé, avec ses 2 salles de bains impeccables et une grande terrasse. De plus, son emplacement tout proche de la gare est très pratique, car nous prenions le train tous les jours pour visiter les pittoresques villages des Cinque terre. Le centre ville et sa plage sont également très accessibles à pied, et encore plus faciles avec les vélos mis gentiment à notre disposition par Barbara. Merci Barbara pour votre accueil chaleureux, vos conseils avisés, votre flexibilité et votre gentillesse ! Nous recommanderons votre logement à nos amis !

Eravamo già stati a Lavagna negli anni passati,però soggiornando in albergo.Adesso avendo avuto da poco la nostra terza bimba,necessitavano di un alloggio in una posizione comoda,fronte mare e con tutti i confort,ascensore compreso.Claudio ha fatto al caso nostro!ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,un appartamento bello spazioso,dotato di tutto il necessario per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra.Tutto perfettamente funzionante,dalla TV,alla macchinetta del caffè,lavatrice,elettrodomestici vari.Inoltre vi erano a disposizione libri molto belli per ragazzi e bambini piccoli.Le camere sono molto spaziose ed ariose,con un balcone immenso che fa tutto il giro della casa,Claudio al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare varie merendine per la colazione,cialde del caffè e bevande fresche. Che dire,davvero una persona disponibile,cortese e a modo,inoltre molto flessibile per check in e check out. Torneremo di sicuro a Soggiornare da Claudio,la nostra è stata un'esperienza super piacevole!!

Séjour de 2 nuits très agréable à Ricco di Golfo. Le logement est cosy et très mignon, et l'hôtesse très accueillante et aimable. La Spezia est à 10 minutes et Pise n'est pas loin. Nous recommandons le logement !

We had a great stay at Adriana’s place! It is within easy walking distance from the train station, and is in a safe area. I did feel a bit uneasy walking later at night, but we had no problems at all. The apartment is larger than we had anticipated, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was well appointed (nice towels, great water pressure, etc.). Adriana met us at the door, and showed us around, and clearly communicated the expectations for our stay, as well as throughout our stay if we had questions. There is a grocery store a few steps away, and a great bar for cappuccino in the morning. We really appreciated the recommendations she made, especially her suggestion to visit Portovenere. We were delighted to stay in this lovely apartment!

Stefano's place is easily the coolest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The apartment has so much personality, making it feel like I've lived there for years. It was well stocked with food and cooking materials for nice meals at home. Very clean and well decorated, equipped everything anybody could need. The location is a bit difficult, as there are a lot of bars nearby playing loud music and some shady crowds, but otherwise it's a splendid place to stay. Close to great restaurants and the town center, as well as some great walking paths and views of the city. Stefano also provided a long list of recommendations, from restaurants to beaches to gelato. I would definitely recommend this option to anybody!

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Bel appartement très propre et bien arrangé, lumineux avec la baie vitrée. Il est nécessaire de prendre la voiture ou un bus pour se rapprocher du centre. Arrêt de bus juste à côté. Appartement sympa au calme.
