Our place is a 1980's barn/woodshop that never housed animals that has been converted into a lovely three bedroom home.We are 20 minutes from Rikert 2019 hosts of the Bill Koch Festival and the Middlebury College Snow Bowl.The place is light and airy with southern and eastern sun.The main living room has 13 foot ceilings with lots of couches, arm chairs and places to hang out, read and or relax.We are in the heart of the Green Mountains with skiing and colleges, an easy drive from the house.

Luxurious log cabin on the edge of the Green Forest National Park. The house is set in a peaceful and quiet location overlooking many miles of Vermont mountains. Ideal for families and those seeking peace and solitude. Hiking and cycling trails at doorstep. 10min drive to local town of Hancock and a further 10min drive to Rochester. Wild turkeys often seen wandering across the front lawn. Wild deer and moose are in the woods. Ruby throated humming birds come to feed at the kitchen window.

Private guest house situated on over 250 acres, with fully equipped gourmet kitchen and great views of quiet fields and valley. Pond with diving board for swimming in the summer. Giant sledding hill is a favorite of children and adults alike. Trails on property for hiking, xc- skiing, and snowshoeing. 15 mins to Woodstock VT. 45 mins to Killington,Pico and Okemo. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Hanover and Norwich VT 20 mins. Please note not handicapped accesible.

Two bedroom apartment in the heart of Vermont. Snowmobile trail located off lane. Snowshoe, hike, or mountain bike from the door. Quiet private location with separate entrance and parking onsite. Ramp to access apartment, with stair free access. Pond, views and located in the center of the state, a great place to start!

Red Acre Cottage is nestled on a scenic ridge in the idyllic town of Rochester, just east of the Green Mountains and right off of Vermont Scenic Byway Route 100, one of the state's prettiest roads. Red Acre Cottage is an easy drive to Killington/Pico, Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, Rikert Nordic Center/Blueberry Hill XC skiing, Suicide Six, and Stowe Mountain.

Skiing, snow biking 10 minutes away at Middlebury Snow Bowl and Rikert crosscountry. Sugarbush and Killington half hour drive. Snowshoeing and hiking right behind house in the Green Mountain National Forest. Easy drive to river swimming holes and lakes. Excellent restaurants in Waitsfield and Middlebury - about half hour. Good restaurant, cafe, small grocery store, in Rochester, 4 miles. Great location, beautiful views, lovely little house, totally private, romantic.

This bright, well-designed Scandinavian-style chalet is the perfect cozy retreat. Nestled in the woods on a plot of 20+ acres, it offers scenic views and a private hiking trail leading to beautiful vistas, transforming into a winter wonderland for skiing adventures, a summer paradise for outdoor relaxation, and a vibrant canvas for leaf peeping during Vermont's stunning fall foliage season. Goodland wood burning hot tub is available 365 days a year.

Sunrise over South Mountain

This is a spacious guesthouse/retreat where you can relax and unwind. There are great views and walking down the road is serene, with open fields bordered by woods and teaming with wildlife. In the winter you can Nordic ski or snowshoe right outside your door, through fields and woodland paths down by an active sugar-bush. We currently have chickens as well as my friendly dog Annie who loves to play. We also have a young kitty named LB who is a pip.

Funky, family-friendly cabin

Our funky, fun house is nestled in the woods, with a waterfall and brook rushing by outside the large wall of windows. Situated in the Green Mountains, this is the perfect place to relax and play. The large open-floor plan is perfect for families with school-age children. Families with infants and toddlers may not find our home as friendly, as the waterfall, loft and attached farm buildings may create some safety challenges.
