A true antique from 1850, the unit is updated but remains quintessential Old Cape Cod. Private yard, outdoor shower, fire pit, laundry, and access to Arey’s Pond 350 yds down private path. Unwind at our on-site SeaRose Spa, w/ a hot tub, saunas, & massage therapy (special guest rates) — part of our BnB property, which also includes two guest suites in the main house.

With all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including Wifi, AC, heating, a hairdryer, and an iron. Perfect for solo travelers or a couples looking for a cool retreat. Cape Cod Cottage by the Bay!

Classic, beautifully crafted, newer cottage by Cape Cod Bay. All amenities. Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

Cape Cod Heaven

Private one bedroom with full bath and balcony overlooking garden and a peek at the bay. Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.
