We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Aspendale. It was clean, modern, and had everything we needed, including a thoughtful welcome gift that made us feel instantly at home. The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to great food options. We had a car and found it easy to get around, but even without one, the area was lovely to explore. A really nice bonus was that another Airbnb was in the same building, which meant extended family could stay close by too. Highly recommended for a relaxed beachside stay in Melbourne!

The view was beautiful. Peaceful, quiet location. Kitchen was handy. Clean bathroom.

The apartment was as described and I loved my stay there. It was cosy and very comfortable. Great location and I will definitely stay there again when going to Mornington Peninsula. Browyn's communication was excellent and it was overall a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it.

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

Frances and Ray were great hosts. As described the accommodation is at the rear of their house but we were allowed our privacy and they were there if we needed them. Everything you required was included and it was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning at visit to this area.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a last minute booking but even with short notice (2 hours prior to check in) the property was in immaculate condition & Mari was friendly & responsive. ☺️ I’d recommend Mari’s place!

Lovely apartment within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Beds were comfy, apartment was well equipped for our stay, shower was good size and decent water pressure! We unfortunately did not get to use the pool or bbq facilities as we had terrible weather when we stayed. One thing to be mindful of is there are 30 stairs to reach the apartment.

We had the best stay at Lesley’s apartment, which was so conveniently located across the road from the beach, and walkable to many great cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was so luxurious and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the artworks and how the apartment was styled, made it extra special. Kids enjoyed the books, puzzles and toys. The linen and towels were fabulously soft as well as the beds and pillows- we all had a great sleep! Thank you Lesley for the extra touch of Easter eggs for the kids - we were able to do a little Easter egg hunt in the apartment which made it so memorable! We felt it was very safe and private, and quiet. Perfect for a weekend away.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and in a great location to restaurants and the beach and not too far away from the neighbouring areas. It was also very quiet which we appreciated. The check in instructions were easy to follow and Rosemary and Murray have made it feel very homely inside and ensured there are essential items for your stay!

Nice, clean 2bed unit right next to the beach and close to the shops and food in Mordialloc.

We had a great stay. The apartment is right in the middle of town and the history of the ball room lends a lovely quirky vibe to the place with a spiral staircase and a circular cellar room etc. Sitting outside on the porch was lovely. Kitchen had a wide range of implements, and crockery etc . Thanks kindly Leif for a grand weekend.

A beautiful little place. Everything you need. A comfy bed and couch. You’ll need a car to get around. Super peaceful and the bath was fantastic at night

Had a short weekend getaway with family and we loved our stay at Carmela’s place - nice location close to the beach and everything else ☺️

We stayed here for 4 night and it was great. We got what was shown in the photos. The place is a across the road from a park and a cafe. A short walk to the supermarket, restaurants, other cafes, boutique stores and the best Home hardware store you're ever likely to find. It is also a short walk to the beach. We usually have to clean a place before settling in, but on this occasion, we felt like we didn't have to do much at all. It was a lively place, well designed and comfortable. We would stay again. Amazing location directly across from the park and beach, with the pub down the road. very easy check in, the kids loved the provided toys to play with after the very long drive.

Great comfortable quiet accommodation and Sheila was very easy to deal with.

Pictures don't do Janette's place justice - Everything was immaculate and we really loved staying here! A lot of little touches throughout the home like the bed heater made the whole place very comfy and it was greatly appreciated. Janette was responsive and very helpful as well.

Debbie's place should be a go to, if you're thinking of heading to Phillip Island. Great place and amazing, central location. Debbie is also very helpful and communicative.

What a treat it was to spend the weekend at dream views!! stunning views, total relaxation and such a beautiful, welcoming space. We absolutely loved it and hope to be back again soon. Thank you Loretta
