Located 2 miles from Pittsburgh's downtown area and Strip District, 5 minutes from PNC Park and Heinz Field, 10 minutes from PPG Paints Arena and UPMC Hospitals, and 15 minutes from CMU, University of Pittsburgh, and Duquesne University. Minutes from Garden Cafe coffee shop, Threadbare Cider House and plenty of bars and restaurants.

This large 1 bedroom apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an owner-occupied 1925 Arts & Crafts building, is an ode to Pittsburgh’s own Andy Warhol. There are framed Warhol prints throughout, and the wonderful Warhol Museum is less than 10 minutes away by car (or 20 if you take the corner bus). ACRISURE STADIUM can be reached via car in 15 minutes by car, as can PNC Park and downtown Pittsburgh (or 20-30 minutes by bus). The apartment is within strolling distance of many restaurants and shops.

Designers collaborated to maximize the minimal space with creative comforts for experiencing "tiny living". Our shipping container addition led us to have 2 front 🚪. We welcome guests to our on-street private guest suite. Urban family homestead with 1 🐈‍⬛, 2 🐕, and 3 🐓 that resided with us for 5 years (recently rehomed to farm).

Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment in the heart of Millvale! Safe & friendly neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, diners, breweries, and bars in walking distance. You will be only a few feet from a convenience store. The famous Mr. Small’s theater is less than a half mile away! The beautiful River trail that leads to the north shore, Heinz field, PNC park, etc is only 1 mile!
