We were here for our 25th Anniversary. This beautiful place is a peaceful oasis to relax and recharge. You could want for nothing. Senaka and his crew went above and beyond to make our Sri Lankan experience special and to always be warmly remembered. The staff anticipated and accommodated all of our requests. The food was amazing, and the tours fun, immersive, and informative. Meals were amazing, you will definitely not go hungry! Their breakfast was beautiful and ever changing. We had them do dinners for us and they were amazing, fresh and tasty. The team that takes care of you are truly what sets this apart! I miss all of them already. Contact the host if interested in touring the country and he can assist with some great tours! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for three months with our 9-month-old baby and had a wonderful experience. The house was safe, spacious, and perfect for any family. As first-time parents, we really appreciated the extra support—some of the owner’s relatives live nearby and were incredibly kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Amila was also a fantastic communicator and co-host, always quick to respond and help sort out any issues in the house. We truly felt looked after and enjoyed our stay very much.

Meth was so kind and welcoming person, we have a night flight and we came to his place only at 4 a.m he helped us to find his place quickly, met us in the street , and helped to feel really comfortable after a night flight.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly friendly and provided wonderful service, making me feel truly welcome. The space itself was beautifully designed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. On top of that, the house was peaceful, offering the perfect environment to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I would like to thank Maria and all the team for such a lovely holidays. Villa is extremely beautiful and in good location, it is very peaceful, the beach is just in front of the courtyard. Most importantly, I would like to mention people who were looking after us: Upali, Nando and of course our chef. Chef cooked the best food in all Sri Lanca, he was surprising us with the different cuisines and dishes. Upali and Nando were always attentive to all our need and extremely helpful. Villa Maggona is an absolutely beautiful property with the most amazing staff. Chef prepares fabulous fresh food, Stanley is a lovely person who will always advise and accommodate. A special mention must go to Sumrita who really is the most beautiful, kind soul who goes above and beyond in her role. She really wants her guests time at Villa Maggona to be special. The garden is maintained every day and the pool is beautiful. You won’t find so much as a fallen leaf lying around. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach are very relaxing. The beach is lovely for an evening stroll. We really did find this home to be a haven. One thing to consider is that you do have to have transport to go to a beach with amenities and/or activities. Tuk tuks are readily available, we used the Pickme app which allows you to book and pay cash once your journey is completed. I would definitely go back to VM and can’t imagine anyone not enjoying this beautiful property and the amazing staff working there.

We had a lovely stay at Ingels villa. It is situated right on the beach and had a big lovely pool. My kids loved jumping into the pool right after breakfast. The villa staff were very friendly and we were spoilt with amazing meals. As we could not access the kitchen it would be helpful if there had been some more facilities in the common area, like toaster, microwave and cutlery. That would allowed us to more easily make some food for the kids between meal times. We had some strong winds during our stay which made the sea a bit too rough to swim in for my kids and elderly parents, for the adults it was great and lovely to stay on a beach that was so quite and peaceful. The villa manager Senaka arranged some amazing day trips for us with lots of great experiences for both adult and kids. Our only issue is that we had only 4 days at the villa and wish we had more time!

Great place for a weekend away with friends or family. The pool area is as great as you see in the pictures. Clean and tidy place with a very helpful caretaker.

This villa was a very pleasant place to wrap up our trip. Pool was lovely and very clean. All three bedrooms were beautiful and clean and luxurious feeling with modern touches. We were very comfortable here. house was wonderful, we would stay here again.thanks for the team ❤️

I found this as one of the best vacation home as a group. This place had just everything.. private pool, party room, barbecue rooftop, open-air coffee room... I’d highly recommend

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to great restaurants and public transportation. The host was very hospitable and responsive, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. Villa has a magnificent view and just views the serene water beneath the lovely sunset. The Villa was amazing. Hope to come back soon. Thanks Ayesha for consistently checking on us! ❤️🤩

Laura and her team were amazing. They were always at hand when we needed to speak to someone, they were super flexible and they gave us clear instructions on how to find things, where to do stuff etc. They were very flexible with our arrival time and when we were there, they showed us local restaurants and other facilities. We were a big group of friends from different nationalities, getting ready for a wedding and they were just happy for us and enjoyed the time with us. whenever there was a language issue as English wasn't everyone's first language, it was quickly overcome.
