Rental includes entire upper floor with private entrance along with tv/internet (Netflix only).

The cottage is part of an over 100 year old working lobstering, and now oyster farming property we call, Gurnet Village. Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Boasting waterfront views and sitting on more than an acre of land, opportunities for recreation and relaxation abound. Enjoy the outdoor deck, fire up the grill, visit the beach or the farmers market, explore the area via kayak, stargaze—so much to do! Not to mention shopping, restaurants, and all that downtown Bath and midcoast Maine have to offer!

Shore House, Posey Unit - Ocean Front Property

On top of the world in this second level unit of a multi-unit house. Lovely views from the scenic deck over looking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. The unit has 2 bedrooms (additional accommodations to sleep up to 6), one bath, and a full kitchen and breath taking sunsets Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and well behaved pets. We want to be courteous of all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)

The Stilt House

Once the island Trading Post (in the 1820's) now serves as a private retreat on Westport Island. The whole property has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1982. The building is nestled at the water's edge, half on land and half on stilts over the tidal waters of the Sheepscot River. The property has its own private deck, island, rocky beach, trails and hammock. This is an old structure - over 200 years old! A great piece of history and an absolute oasis.

Cathedral ceilings and Scandinavian design gives the cottage an exclusive feeling. Gentle stairs lead to the private deep water dock for all kinds of boating.

Popham - Mah-Bella Beach House!

Built in 2005, our year round cottage is located between Fort Popham and the state park. Beach chairs, corn-hole, bocce ball and many other kids toys all provided. Outdoor propane fireplace with seating in a screened in porch. All Tv's are smart tv's with access to youtube tv. A whole house standby generator is hooked up for power outage issues. Many guests have returned for several years. Come fall asleep to the sound of the ocean!

Enjoy sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from this 2002 home perched among spruce trees above the rocky coast. Watch for bald eagles and seals. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Walk down to the edge of the ocean to lounge or picnic. Walk 6 minutes or drive the 0.1 miles to the park entrance. Hike the Little River Trail. The house has vaulted ceilings, panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen, and whirlpool bath.

Peaceful, rural second story studio apartment. Near Middle Bay in beautiful Harpswell, Maine. Enjoy our farmer's porch or walks to the shore deck to look out over the water and enjoy a sunset or go the the shore for a swim in summer. Short distance to Brunswick and Bowdoin College, local restaurants. The host also teaches porcelain doll making. You could learn to make porcelain dolls while enjoying the Maine coast.

Enchanting Maine property with two decks overhanging the ocean. With two covered decks overhanging the waters edge, and stairs off the lower balcony offering direct access to water/beach. A beautiful seating area rests on the upper deck, giving panoramic views of the cove and coastal wildlife. Sunrises are especially beautiful, with frequent sightings of bald eagles, osprey, and seals. An authentic Maine experience!
