The place was super nice. We loved the suite, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool as well as the grill and had a great time overall.

We love staying at Reflections and this unit didn’t disappoint. The condo was comfy for the week, pool area is quiet and never crowded. We love that the location is tucked away, yet an easy drive to the beach, grocery, restaurants and other water activities. Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson’s and Dat Cajun place are a few favorites to dine at. If eat out isn’t for you, the kitchen is well equipped as is the outdoor grill. We would stay at this property again. We had a fabulous, relaxing time!

Beautiful condo, would highly recommend! We have stayed at this complex before, first time in this unit, and absolutely loved it. The host was great to work with and very responsive. The condo was beautifully decorated and we love the location as it’s right across the street from the beach. The beach was not overly crowded for a holiday week and the complex was very quiet. Can’t wait to go back.

I have been to multiple locations in the area and the view from this balcony is the best I have had. The wrap around balcony is fantastic. Parking garage was also a nice feature for when the weather was unfavorable. Warren is always a phone call or email away and was very helpful during our stay. Restaurants and shopping are all very close also.

Perfect location for our family and little. Literally on the beach. Major help was beach cart and beach gear.

Our stay was outstanding. Kenny did a great job communicating with us and the unit was just like advertised. The gulf sunsets with a wide-open beach were incredible. Great restaurants nearby and the security staff at the gate were very welcoming and cordial. We would certainly stay here again. The unit was very clean and well equipped. It is a dated condo but everything was to our liking. You will love staying here.

Richard was kind and quick to get back with us when we messaged him. The view is spectacular, the condo is well decorated (looks like it's been updated or recently renovated), clean, plenty of games to play with the family, nice kitchen with everything you need to cook if you're on a budget. It sleeps more than our party. There were 4 of us; 2 adults, 2 children and not only is there a King in the master suite but there are bunk beds, a new and plush Murphy bed and the couch pulls out as well. There are floats and chairs to use on the beach if you don't want to rent chairs everyday. It was perfect! We loved every minute of it and even wanted to stay longer but it was booked for the following day. That's how much we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book this condo again! This is a great place to stay! A very short walk to the beach & in a quiet neighborhood. Great dog friendly place with a large yard for them to run around! All of the essentials were present and a lot of useful things—stocked kitchen utensils, dinnerware, cookware. Coffee pot, toaster, ice trays. Lots of towels and bedding! Plenty of space to hang out—living room and screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Judith’s guest house! We booked this place because we were wanting to take our dog to the beach. We were looking for a private fenced in yard with a pool and walkable distance to the beach (dog friendly all day.. Woo hoo!) and that is exactly what we got! Judith was so sweet, accommodating, and flexible- we got in very late the first night and she was outside to greet us with a smile as we pulled up. She checked in on us but was never intrusive. She brought us delicious brownies and corn bread one day. All of the restaurants we tried in Port St. Joe were amazing- especially KrazyFish, PSJ Bar and Grill, and Provisions all in the down town area about 15 min from her place. Her place was clean and had no sand when we arrived, which was very impressive considering it is a beach house. The beach was never crowded even with it being 4th of July week, and most importantly, our pup had the best time, so we did too! Thank you, Judith, for an amazing stay!

Close to the beach and great place to stay

We had a great time. The host is very responsive and answered any questions we had promptly. The house is just as described and we love the fact that it is off to itself. The beach is a short walk and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Now there are a lot of stairs but we needed the exercise anyway😁 Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Kevin's place. It is just one block to the beach. The layout of the house is very very nice and more spacious and more spacious van the pictures show. The screen porch is a great hangout area. The outdoor shower is nice and private as well. The beach was quiet and never crowded. The house had everything we needed including a stocked spice cabinet. Ice maker was extremely convenient. Plenty of parking. We had 3 cars and an 8 foot trailer w our kayaks.

Convenient to the beach, the trading post (small grocery store), and the seafood market. Overall an excellent place to relax. At least for the month of September, the beach is nearly empty and you have it all to yourself.

This place is great. Not front row on the beach but one porch does have an ocean view which is lovely. It is a short walk to the beach and is stocked with plenty of chairs and boogie boards for everyone! The upper bunk room is slanted ceiling and difficult for tall people to get into but the kids fit just fine. We weren’t there long but would definitely come back!

Great place and host. It was a very short walk to the beach/ocean and the pool was a great when there were red flags on the beach. If you have more than 6 people, you may want to bring towels and washcloths as there are enough for 6. That is the only ‘complaint’ we had! Overall had an amazing time and would stay again!

Jodi is a terrific host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of their townhomes at Barrier Dunes. They do everything top notch. The place is well stocked with everything we needed. The grill is high quality. The beds are very comfortable. It is just a great stay all around.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Best trip ever! We absolutely loved the house and the pool. Great outdoor area for grilling and family time. My entire family spent a lot of time in the hammock. House decor was beautiful. Short walk to the beach. Also the gear credit was so helpful. I ended up not bringing any beach gear and rented it all. So much more room traveling. Our chocolate lab enjoyed his first trip to the beach with us. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful condo with plenty of space. Directions and transactions were very easy and clear. The condo has a massive wrap around balcony with perfect views of the beach and sunsets. Convenient location to Schooners right next door. We will definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Great location and peaceful! We loved that we were away from traffic and crowds. Access to pools and beaches that weren’t overcrowded. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

We all enjoyed our stay! The house comfortably slept 10 people. Easy check in, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and clean bedding and plenty of towels. The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking essentials (plus some!) and plates, cutlery and glasses. There is a coffee machine that brews both single use and carafe. However, there were no seasonings or spices available. In a house of this size be prepared for stairs and several light switches! The walk to the beach was manageable and everyone enjoyed the private pool. We rented bikes, 5 minute bike ride to Salinas Park. If staying for more than three days, there is a short supply of paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods, as well as laundry detergent. This was communicated in an information email prior to arrival. An opportunity with the property was better lighting in pool area. It was dimly lit and the pool light was non functioning. Definitely recommend and would stay again!
