We had such a relaxing weekend—just what we all needed! The home is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly situated by the bay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful when I thought we had an issue (which turned out to be user error!). Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a lovely setting! We will be back!

Awesome stay! The master was beautiful! The rooms were a great size! The kids room was amazing. The game room was everything and more! Jealous of how huge the tvs were lol. the golf cart was the icing on the cake. Very convenient to have for short trips to the store. Loved everything about the house. Only downside was the pool didn’t feel heated but the weather was pretty chilly during our stay and the kids had a fun time in it regardless.

We loved this house. It had everything we could hope for- and a pool too! The house is set back from the beach the perfect distance, and it was so comfortable for our family. I know I’ll be coming back with more family next time. The kitchen had everything you could hope for, there were lots of pool/beach toys and chairs, and there were tons of board games available for our party. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was incredible in the shower.

The house was just as described!!! Perfect for large family. My husband and I took our 3 grown children, their spouses and our 20 month old grand baby. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel like we had privacy and space. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the community pool. There is a walkway/bikeway/scooter way to get to the beach that is just down the street from the house. But with the toddler, we found it easier to drive to the public beach access that’s just a short drive away. The walk was shorter since there’s just so much to pack to the beach with a toddler!! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, a wagon, and beach toys. We did purchase a cheap plastic baby pool that we found very convenient at the beach to keep the toddler contained and in the shade of an umbrella. We left it in the garage for others to use. Just pour a few buckets of ocean water and some toys in it!! The kitchen was well equipped. There was even a bottle of wine!!

I can't say what an AMAZING stay our family had! The house was absolutely beautiful and so comfy. The location was absolutely perfect and what a bonus with the huge hot tub and golf carts. I recommend this house and I know we will be back again! Huge shout out to a fabulous host. Thank you!

To start off, Michael and his group were incredibly communicative with me during this process. They was an on going line of communication and they were always willing to ensure we were getting everything we needed. The house was fantastic, it was everything we hoped for and more. It was in great shape and I feel like the pictures didn’t even do it justice for how cool the place was. They have everything you need in more. From toiletries, to basic laundry supplies, to kitchen supplies, they had it all. It’s safe to say our whole group was beyond satisfied with this stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at Killarney beach house. The home was well stocked, clean, and cozy. We loved the pool deck, the ice maker, and the many decks for relaxing. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and pickleball/volleyball nets. We would have loved to have an extra fridge for a group of 16 people, but the grocery store is only 15 minutes away, so we made it work!

Perfect place for a quiet beach getaway. One block from the beach! We used the pool (not heated) a few times and the hot tub each night. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable and plenty of towels. Nice big washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked-pleasantly surprised by all the spices. Good WiFi connection if you are considering working remotely.

We loved our stay at Port St.Joe. This was our first time to this area and it was like we had our own private beach. I have never seen so many sea shells. I was alittle worried about some of the reviews, but the house was just fine. It is directly on the beach and was clean and comfortable. If you have the chance to visit the State Park in Cape San Blas please rent kayaks and paddle in the Bay Area. Best money you can spend. The water is shallow and clear and beautiful. We will definitely be back and will rent this place again. The location was perfect and views were amazing! We spent most of our time on the covered deck. Best naps ever. My only regret is not staying longer!

This place was amazing! It was our last spring break together and this house made it so much better! We were able to go out on the town or stay in a peaceful place! Our host was so incredible! I cannot recommend this place enough!

So peaceful and quiet! The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard! We felt right at home and didn’t want our vacation to end. Can’t wait to go back!

What a wonderful stay for a family of 5! The golf cart made accessing the pool and beach so easy! We will be back for sure!

Great spot and location. Close to windmark beach. Very spacious, clean and well decorated unit. Port St Joe is very laid back with beautiful beaches. Community amenities were good - heated pool, local gym, pizza restaurant, liquor store, etc. Property met our expectations and Neil was very responsive. Also - having bikes and beach chairs was appreciated. The one sticking point - I would have liked to have a propane grill but only a charcoal one was provided. Other than that a very enjoyable vacation!

We went for a quick weekend trip for my husband’s birthday and it was great! We would’ve stayed a whole week there if we could have! Cozy, peaceful, clean, cold a/c, and a quick walk away from the beach even with little ones! It was just right! Easy check in! Let us checkout late for no fee (which was HUGE to us as we wanted every minute we could have here)! Would definitely recommend this home and would love to visit again! The community pool was not clean although it was “cleaned that morning”. However that is not the home owners fault and we preferred the beach anyways! Just wanted to clarify for any who HAVE to have a nice pool for your stay!

Our stay was amazing. The location was directly across the road from the beach.. We watched amazing sunsets. It was a dream come true. Will was great to work with. He quickly answered all of our questions! He is a new friend in our book!

Natalie was an amazing host! She was very nice and helpful. She gave many recommendations for our stay in PCB. She was also very responsive. We had trouble with the water, but she resolved it quickly, and it was a quick fix. There was so much nearby (walking distance) that we did like the “Sea Screamer”, “the Sea Patriot”, a tiki boat ride, and of course walking trips to the beach. I don’t have anything negative to say about Natalie or her beautiful house, but the neighbors are strict about quiet time or their peace in general. I make that comment because my friends and I were playing a game of cornhole (before quiet hours) and the neighbors complained that the game was too loud and that they were “trying to watch a movie”. But besides that, a time was had in PCB and I would definitely stay here again!

Eddie was super helpful and proactive when we arrived. The home was very large and fit my family perfectly. We loved that we beach was just a walk away and it was still peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I would like to make this an annual vacation with the whole family if possible. Very very beautiful thank you Eddie!

Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

This home was wonderful and in a quiet neighborhood! Very comfortable and the pool And pickle ball courts were amazing! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Erica and Phillip’s home. Everything was clean! There was swimming, volleyball ,pickle ball and fishing. The bay was in walking distance on the frontside and the Gulf was walking distance from the back . Lots of things to do close by. Great restaurants and shopping all within 12 miles.

Comfortable, peaceful, roomy, clean and perfect! We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful located in the midst of pristine surroundings. The stars and moon at night were indescribably beautiful- as well as the sunsets. Staying at this property you can uniquely witness the sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf! Crazy beautiful and private. The backyard is delightful as well as the porch. We loved our visit at John’s beautiful home!
