We love staying at Reflections and this unit didn’t disappoint. The condo was comfy for the week, pool area is quiet and never crowded. We love that the location is tucked away, yet an easy drive to the beach, grocery, restaurants and other water activities. Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson’s and Dat Cajun place are a few favorites to dine at. If eat out isn’t for you, the kitchen is well equipped as is the outdoor grill. We would stay at this property again. We had a fabulous, relaxing time!

We had a great anniversary weekend! Scott’s apartment was just right for us! I appreciate all the little extras! Cookies, coffee, chips, popcorn, & a toothbrush! And it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach!

My girlfriend and I had a great stay at Chandler's AirBnB. It is a perfect little unit with everything you need. The kitchen featured full-sized appliances and has a large sink. The bedroom is very cute, and the the screened in porch was nice to sit on during a beautiful October afternoon. Easy to park, easy to get in with the code, nice big living room. I grew up around the corner and it's a great neighborhood. Extremely short drive to a beautiful bay view, as well as the now hopping Downtown Panama City area. Highly recommend, will stay again in the future.

My husband and our friends really enjoyed our stay. We were already talking about the next time we are in town we plan to rent Megan’s property again! Everything was clean. The view was gorgeous. Check in and check out were smooth. And the property felt safe. I would highly recommend this property!!

This was the perfect reservation for my trip. I was traveling with my son, so 2 beds and 2 baths was definitely a benefit. The location was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. It feels very private and kind of tucked away, while also being close to anything that might be needed. The inside is so well decorated and clean. The bathrooms were spotless and the beds were comfy. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. On top of all that, the hosts provide very detailed directions and suggestions. I appreciated not having to guess or assume anything. They answered any questions I had before I even asked them. This place really does have it all! If we are ever back in the area, I will look to see if they have availability for our stay. 100% recommend!

We really loved this place. It was decorated so cute and had everything we needed. The best part was the location. It was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and also the marina which is beautiful. We accidentally left something and Venice reached out to us to let us know. She was as kind as she could be our entire stay. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, and was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We brought our two dogs, and they had a great time as well! They had extra water bowls and a bed for the pups, as well as some treats! The bed was VERY comfortable, and the place was very homey and it was super convenient to walk across the street to the beach. It was also conveniently located between Port St Joe and Mexico Beach (less than 10 minutes in each direction). I had a couple of questions before check in and both hosts were super helpful and friendly! If we visit the area again, we will definitely be booking with Amy!

From booking to our departure, Mike was communicative, friendly, and easy to work with. His home was pristine; clean, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. They really put thought into every detail and how to allow guests to make the most of their stay. The pool was heated and never too crowded. The screened in porch provided the perfect spot for morning coffee or happy hour cocktail. The kids loved biking or walking up to the candy store and cafe. The golf cart was an added bonus. Downtown PSJ was about 8 minutes away with cute boutiques for shopping, restaurants and Shoobies ice cream. We went horseback riding on the beach and took a boat tour to the state park tip. We loved the state park facilities and pristine beaches. This was our first time in PSJ, and it’s a destination we will definitely return to. Thank you!!

Kate, Allison, and Rusty were all amazing to work with!!! I can't say enough great things about them. The home was perfect for us. We loved the space, enjoyed riding the golf cart, and loved the location of the property. I hope to visit the property many more times.

Lovely little cottage to enjoy Gulf Shores. I love a screened in porch! Quick walk to the beach and having a washer & dryer at the beach with kids is a must. Grateful for Jessica's flexibility and responsiveness!

Great find! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to during our stay. Enjoyed several local restaurants, but really loved the staff and happy hour at Provisions and had the best meal and wine at the Lighthouse Keepers Bistro. Had cocktails at The White Marlin and watched a beautiful sunset. Lots of fun boutiques and a cute bookstore where we found a few Christmas gifts. Overall, a great visit! Highly recommend this spot!

Let me start by saying this was THE BEST stay of all my stays ever. Although, i do not travel extensively, I always was getting good hosts. But this experience was better than anything before, almost as if on some supernatural level. We were evacuating Tampa bay area, because of the hurricane, and I accidentally found Randi's house. Took me 2 minutes to decide I want to book it, just by seeing pictures and reading description. Randi replied to my request very quickly, approving it. With the uncertainty as for when it is better to head back to Tampa, Randi was super-accommodating with extending our stay for as long as we needed. Truly and genuinely, a remarkable and commendable host. We are grateful to you Randi for your hospitality and generosity. All the best to you and God bless!!

We had a great stay at the Luckie Mermaid. The house was so well equipped. It was so nice that they had some coffee and creams available for guests. We knew there was a Keurig so we brought k-cups but I’ve arrived at night to properties before and couldn’t get to the grocery until the next day-wishing I had coffee on that 1st morning! I wish we could have stayed longer. I liked that we were able to park right outside the door which made loading and unloading easy. It was so nice to have a private bathroom with each bedroom and an additional 1/2 bath. We loved sitting on the upper screen porch in the rockers for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. We also went to the smaller pool and had it to ourselves. The location was good for us as we had friends in the St Joe marina. We had drinks at Haughty Heron and dinner at Hunt’s and Provisions in Pt St Joe. We had lunch at Shipwreck Raw Bar in Mexico Beach. All were fabulous! Our host was always available and wonderful to work with!

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we really enjoyed it. The people who own other condos are always nice and have made some new friends. Not to far from the beach just a couple of blocks away not a bad walk. Planning to rent again when work permits.

The location couldn't have been better, we had a perfect view of the beach and less than one minute walk before our toes were in the sand. (it's just across the street from the ocean) The condo had everything we needed, and made cooking meals easy. There were 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids ages 4-16), and we all felt comfortable and like we had our own space. Don't worry about bringing any beach toys or gear. There's an entire walk in closet with everything you could ever want for the beach. We will definitely be back for our next beach trip!

We would definitely stay here again. So nice, the view is awesome and the beds were super comfy. Perfect getaway for me and my adult kids.

It was a great place to stay- steps away from beach, everything that you need is provided! Only wish I would’ve known that Mexico beach is NOT dog-friendly. Had to travel a mile down to Gulf county line where the beach is dog-friendly. But it still worked out and we had a great time with our family of 4 and our pup.

Fabulous fabulous stay! The entire place was spotless and welcoming. The pool and beach were clean and more family oriented, which was perfect for us. The staff was more than hospitable. The reservation had even more than listed and was just perfect for us. We will be returning without a doubt.

Exactly like the pictures. Very clean and organized. Loved that there were board games available. Lots of towels/linings/blankets. So many extras available such as beach chairs, beach mats, beach umbrella, and boogie boards. The washer and dryer both worked very well. Mandy was very easy to communicate with and definitely took time to make sure we were comfortable. Nice quality and assortment of kitchen ware. Will definitely book with Mandy again.
