Appartement très bien situé pour un étudiant en échange Erasmus. Appartement confortable, bien équipé, idéale pour un long séjour (ma fille l a occupé 3,5 mois). Environnement sécurisé pour une jeune femme seule. Commerces à proximité. Un peu loin du centre pour les sorties mais bus, métro et taxi en grandes quantités

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Very easy to find, absolutely spotless and as described on the photos and more. Daniela is extremely friendly and easy to communicate. It made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it and will visit again for sure.

Удобная , очень чистая , просторная квартира с 3 санузлами. Хозяева гостеприимные. Приятно, что для гостей был подготовлен чай и кофе в шкафчике. Всегда на связи. Квартира оборудована всем необходимым для пребывания ( моющие средства, средства для душа, утюг, фен, духовка, электрочайник, кофемашина, стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, капсулы для посудомойки и стиральной машины). Удобным был паркинг. Спасибо хозяину за прием!

I had a great stay at this apartment. The location is quite good – in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to public transport. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the studio itself was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate the host’s hospitality. Thank you! 😊

Great overall good responses and very economical

Mariela was a fantastic host, and was extremely helpful when we needed her during the check in process. Also the kind gesture of allowing us use the late check out was very beneficial for us. The place was ideal for my small family. The place was absolutely spotless with ample space. Thanks once again for accommodating us. If we return to borovets we will definitely stay here again. The apartment is a great find right in the center of the city and you could basically walk everywhere. It is compact but well equipped. We traveled with a baby, needed some additional assistance during our stay and the host was super kind and responsive. Would visit again!

Stefka is a wonderful host and very welcoming. She has left us nice small chocolate treats for our daughters and a nice coloring book with stickers. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and nicely decorated for Easter. Stefka communicated very clearly around check in, which was very easy and fast. I definitely recommend the apartment. It has an amazing view to Vitosha mountains. The only thing that could be improved in the future is the master bed, as its matras could provide more support.

As usual, Valentina's place has been amazing.

Останахме много доволни от престоя ни. Единствената ни препоръка би била смяната на матриците на леглата. Всичко останало беше прекрасно. Благодарим на Рая за всичко. Нищо не ни липсваше.

מקום מדהים וביתי. הרבה יותר יפה מהתמונות. הבית היה נקי, מסודר ומזמין מאוד. נהננו לשבת בסלון ולראות את השלג בחוץ. התקשורת עם גרישה הייתה מצוינת. הוא תמיד היה זמין ועזר לנו בכל נושא. אני מאוד מאוד ממליץ על הדירה הזו.

Grand appartement ultra équipé en gadget et matériaux haut de gamme dans une résidence privée au sud de Sofia. Le quartier est donc très tranquille mais il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule pour y séjourner. Hristiyan et Yoana nos hôtes sont très sympathiques, réactifs et de bon conseil, merci à eux.

A casa era como nas fotos, a localização muito bonita também! paisagens incríveis. acesso um bocado difícil de carro, deve fazer-se com cuidado. uma das banheiras da casa de banho vertia um pouco de água para o chão! única coisa a apontar. aconselho esta estadia.

Μείναμε για 2η συνεχή χρονιά στο διαμέρισμα, το οποίο είναι άνετο για 2 άτομα και πραγματικά απέχει 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πίστα σκι. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 7ο όροφο του κτιρίου, έχει ντουλάπα στο ισόγειο για την αποθήκευση του εξοπλισμού σκι, είναι ζεστό και με άνετο μπάνιο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσουμε για ενα ζήτημα που προέκυψε στο διαμέρισμα και η ανταπόκριση του ήταν άμεση, με αποτέλεσμα να δώσει την ίδια στιγμή την λύση που χρειαζόταν. Συνοψίζοντας, το διαμέρισμα είναι καθαρό, λειτουργικό και ιδανικό για διακοπές σκι.

Very clean apartment near the gondola and the main lift! Everything in walking distance! Maria was very helpful with clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. Will visit again!

Tanya was a great help when we struggled to get to the hotel. She was friendly and always available to make our check in smooth and painless. The resort is extremely peaceful and alluring. The spa was opened specifically for us and even the sauna was turned on, outside of working hours. Great apartment with a lot of space and an amazing forest view. Thank you again Tanya for the hospitality and pass on our appreciation to the hotel staff!

David was great and responsive. Only thing I would say is that apartment wasn’t as clean as I would expect. Would come again

Victor place was a great, relaxed spot. I went there intentionally to catch up on lots of work/online projects and was able to do so, even though I made myself a hermit ha. Victor was always nice, even doing small, unexpected tasks, such as moving my washed clothes back into the sun as the shade increased. Don't hesitate to stay.

Very nice and beautiful place! It surrounded by deep and beautiful forest and mountains, and when i took a walk there in the evening and passed throught all those trees that covered by snow and all the lights there makes it feel like a fairy tale, really beautiful! The apartment had everything that i needed and was very nice, The owner friendly and responsive. I really enjoyed my vacation there!🙌🏻
