Combinado en un estilo rústico con un mobiliario moderno, se compone decocina; un amplio salón con mesa para 8 personas, además del sofá cama; una segunda sala de estar con TV y sofás en el nivel superior. Tiene tres habitaciones con camas dobles, además de una cuna. Encontrará tres baños completos con duchas y acceso a los balcones

La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.
