There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy. There is also a pull-out couch in the living room upstairs.

We have a fully Air Conditioned unit! Pool is only heated in the winter. Heater is turned on 12/20/24. Pool is heated to 100 degrees. There is no separate hot tub. The pool is kept cool and refreshing Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool is closed 10/1-12/20/24 This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park. Plenty of on-site parking.
