There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Welcome to the Serra de Grândola, a peaceful and serene area, perfect for those who like to be close to nature. The house is located in the village of São Francisco da Serra, with its small church, windmills and cork extraction workers. Nestled on the top of its hill, the house allows quick access to the lagoon of Santo André and the ocean (10km), the villages of Melides (15km), Grândola and Comporta. A car will be required.

3 bedroom house near the beach. CASA AZUL is located in the town of Brescos, between Melides and Vila Nova de Santo André. The town is peaceful and small, easy to reach and 5 minutes from the nearest beach and Lagoon of Santo André. The house has recently been renovated. The living room, open kitchen and a bathroom occupy the ground floor. On the 1st and second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 1 additional bathroom.
