Roberta is the best AirB&B host we’ve ever experienced. She was responsive and made us feel right at home after two very long travel days from the U.S. Because we were arriving in Fano on a Sunday afternoon when most grocery stores are closed, she kindly did some grocery shopping for us ahead of time. She also connected us with an amazing local chef who cooked for us twice while we were there. Finally, the villa is beautiful - the view to the Adriatic, the grounds, the period furniture - all wonderful!

Vi lejede huset sammen med nogle venner i forbindelse med vores sommerferie i 2024. Vi var 4 voksne, 1 teenager og 4 børn. Huset er virkelig fint indrettet med mange inden- og udendørsarealer, som giver mulighed for både at være sammen og adskilt. Køkkenet har alt hvad du skal bruge, og i haven findes både pizzaoven og grill. Værelset i kælderen er lidt langt væk, men det fungerer perfekt, hvis man ligesom os rejser med en teenager, der gerne vil bo for sig selv😉 Stefano svarede utrolig hurtigt på alle vores (mange) spørgsmål. Det var en rigtig god oplevelse, som bestemt kan anbefales til andre.

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum gemeinsamen Sitzen und Entspannen. Die Villa eignet sich super für eine Gruppe von 12 Personen, sie ist schön ruhig gelegen und man ist sofort in der Stadt. Diese Villa ist eine absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren mit unseren 4 Kindern hier, die sich gleich bei Ankunft über den großen Garten , Volleyballnetz und Auslauf gefreut haben, nachdem es auf Hauserkundung ging. Alle Zimmer waren schlicht , liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt und wir hatten schnell "Urlaubsgefühl". Licia war von Tag 1 präsent mit möglichen Ideen zur Tagesplanung , aber vor allem auch, als wir ein Problem mit der Tür hatten , war sie schnell erreichbar. Der Kletterpark direkt nebenan hat ² der Jungs für 2 Tage ( einmal zahlen, doppelter Eintritt ) mit Action versorgt. Wir sagen Danke, danke für die tolle Zeit !

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Thank you so much dear Fransesco for a wonderful and amazing vacation!’ We absolutely loved every minute of it ❤️

The villa is absolutely beautiful inside & out. Giorgio was an amazing host, and we were in need of nothing. He helped arrange a dinner for 15 and gave some great recs on restaurants nearby, which made it easy and delicious. All the rooms in the villa were comfortably accommodated with bathrooms, plus there were multiple sitting areas, and an awesome fireplace and dining table. We could not have asked for anything better.

Pobyt w domu Niccolo był świetny, dom wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Piękna okolica, pełna spokoju oraz ciszy, bardzo dużo udogodności, bardzo wygodny przez dużą liczbę miejsc do spędzenia czasów ze znajomymi, bardzo dobre wyposażenie domu i kuchni. Komunikacja z Niccolo i jego mamą, (która upiekła dla nas ciasto) była świetna. Nie mam absolutnie żadnych zastrzeżeń. Na pewno tam wrócimy z naszymi znajomymi

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Haus schön eingerichtet. Man sollte sich jedoch vor Anreise um ausreichende Adapter kümmern. Wir würden diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen

We had a lovely stay at Petra’s villa in Poppi. The house was even prettier than the images showed and very clean. The pool area was lovely with a great view over Poppi. Petra was really friendly and easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

We had the most amazing stay. Such a beautiful home in the beautiful setting and views are stunning. Hosts went over and above to help us with local recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer!

La casa è meravigliosa! Situata un posizione splendida, con molta luce e molto sole. Il giardino è molto curato e la piscina assolutamente perfetta (con trampolino con cui i miei ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo!). gli interni sono davvero molto ben arredati e curati in ogni dettaglio. Non abbiamo dovuto portare nulla, se non i nostri vestiti (c'era praticamente tutto: asciugamani, lenzuola, teli mare, etc etc). le camere sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. il supermercato è vicino così come altri negozi che possono essere necessari. gli host sono stati sempre molto gentili e premurosi (Hans sempre molto presente). uniche note da migliorare: la TV non funzionava (è venuto subito il tecnico 👍🏻 ma non è stato possibile ripararla), lo scarico del WC non funzionava bene, c'erano parecchi nidi di calabroni sotto il tetto e non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte. in generale il soggiorno è stato bellissimo e consiglierei subito questa casa meravigliosa!!

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

Siamo state davvero bene in questa villa. La casa è enorme, ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Arredamenti scelti in modo preciso e attento per offrire diverse esperienze e servizi particolari (salotto che diventa sala cinema!). Gli spazi esterni sono spettacolari, soprattutto il giardino e le sale interne, perfetti per rilassarsi. Ha tutto il necessario sia per lavorare che per divertirsi. Un grande grazie all’host, sempre disponibile e gentile. Esperienza super positiva

Staying at the Villa was a dream come true. The setting was gorgeous. The grounds were well maintained, gracious and comfortable. The house was clean and neat, but with lots of personality. All of the beds were comfortable. There was space for eating, sleeping, relaxing, talking with friends. Everything needed and more! The second building, with the large group eating space was especially beautiful and we even had weather that allowed us to use the big fireplace. The large room with a ping pong table was a big hit as well! Our contact was so kind and responsive. We had a couple of questions across the week and she replied right away with answers or came over to show us what we needed. It is nerve racking to invite a large number of guests to a place you have never seen before - - but the Villa was everything we hoped for, and more! We hope we will have a chance to go back.

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

This place is just wonderful. It is very spacious, extremely clean, very well equipped - especially in the huge kitchen (regular size fridge and dishwasher - huge plus!!!) and everything we needed for a vacation with children. In terms of weather, the house is at a relatively high point and this was a very big advantage in the heat load of August. The hosts were available and at a distance to help and answer. The place is in a particularly beautiful area, with streams and lots of nature. It's easy to find your way around, close and convenient supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes throughout the area. A great vacation that you will remember a lot.

La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

Man muß wirklich sagen, dass die Unterkunft sehr gelungen ist und mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und die Küchenausstattung ist phänomenal. Hier macht es wirklich spaß zu Kochen und man lernt die Vorzüge einer professionellen Küche zu schätzen. Man kann gespannt sein wie sich die Unterkunft in Zukunft entwickelt, weil bereits erkennbar ist, dass es irgendwann eine Außenküche geben wird. Andrea war sehr engagiert und war auch persönlich vor Ort bei der Übergabe. Die Informationen zum Ablauf und auch die Essensmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut und jeder Gast sollte unbedingt einen Abend bei Ca' di Veroli einplanen, es lohnt sich dorthin Essen zu gehen. Vielen Dank Andrea für den schönen Aufenthalt in Deinem Haus und wir hoffen, dass wir uns irgendwann mal dort wiedersehen werden. Sandra&Frank

Wir haben 1 Woche in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht – ein Traum inmitten der Natur. Auf dem Berg umgeben von Wald und Wiesen mit traumhafter Aussicht und tollem Pool. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man so braucht. Unsere Jungs hatten eine fantastische Zeit und konnten rund um das Haus viel entdecken. Die Betreuung durch Roberta war sensationell. Herzlich, immer ansprechbar und eine riesige Unterstützung – ob bei Restaurantreservierungen oder der Organisation und Beratung bei Trips nach Florenz und Arezzo. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt Roberta und Donato, die uns in einer schwierigen Situation unglaublich geholfen haben. Als unser Auto kaputtging, kümmerten sie sich sofort, führtenTelefonate, fuhren uns zur Werkstatt, Donato schleppe sogar unser Auto ab, so dass das Problem schnell behoben werden konnte. Wir haben uns dank der wunderbaren Betreuung unglaublich wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Oppholdet i huset til Maria og Angelo var rett og slett fantastisk. De tok oss svært godt imot, selv om vi var mange timer forsinket på grunn av forsinket fly, rot med leiebil og stengt Autostrada. Hele eiendommen, både innvendig og utvendig, holder en meget høy standard. Alt framsto som ekstremt rent og velholdt. Vi satte stor pris på å ha tre store soverom, to gode bad, stue med behagelige møbler, godt utstyrt kjøkken og to balkonger som kunne brukes til frokost eller et glass vin om kvelden. Vi hadde også stor glede av det velholdte bassengområdet og den frodige og vakre hagen. Oppsummert - hvis du ønsker deg et ferieopphold med utmerket komfort og med de aller beste verter - i et område med nesten bare italienske turister - da anbefales dette huset på det sterkeste.

Klasse gewesen trotz grosser Gruppe - Super Unterkunft, tolle Lage und ein unglaublich freundlicher Gastgeber welcher sehr entgegenkommend war. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We had a great couple of days in this beautiful, rustic, traditional, italian farmhouse. Very quiet location with only fields surrounding the houses. It is a bit of a drive (about 1 hour one way) to the historic sides, attractions, and beach towns. If you stay here you should plan for that. Host gave us great tips for surrounding/local restaurants, the pizzeria 5 min from the house, down in the town had great pizza for great prices with very friendly staff. The house was spacious, great to fit 2 families.
