Ponytail Farmhouse - perfect place to unwind

The perfect place to relax and unwind there is a large wrap around verandah and undercover area with bbq facilities that allows comfortable outdoor living in all types of weather. There is a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials. A timber combustion heater will keep you warm in winter and air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living area will keep you cool in summer. The three bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All linen/towels are provided including beach towels.

We're back!!! After being away on an extended holiday we're opening up the Funky Cabin again. Only 100 metres from the beautiful Bellinger river. Relax in this unique and spacious studio, chill on the hammock or watch Netflix whilst having a rejuvenating bath. Enjoy a BBQ and wine on the deck and take in the bird life. Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.

The Pouch B & B Moonee Beach NSW

The Pouch is a private cottage located on a shared property of 2.5 acres in Moonee beach. It is fully self contained with ample provisions for you to make a nice breakfast. Here you will see many Eastern Grey Kangaroos and beautiful bird life. The bed is very comfortable and all linen is provided. The Pouch is spotlessly clean with quality inclusions. This is a couples retreat only; no children allowed due to the close proximity to the waters edge. Close to shops and cafes.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
