Alecas House ist klein aber fein! Super sauber und ein tolles Bad. Das Wohnzimmer ist der schön eingewachsene Garten. Und dann nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Herrlich. Wir kommen wieder. Dank an Dionisis für die tolle Kommunikation und jederzeitige Unterstützung.

A sincere thank you to George for our wonderful stay at Villa 3 Dimitri Houses, this is a two bedroomed private villa on its own view a wonderful sea view and patio that you are able to sit out on an evening and watch the sun go down. The photos are just like the real thing with bikes, kayaks, sun lounges provided. The Villa was immaculately clean and well equipped. George left us water,coffee, eggs, butter, first aid kit, mosquitto burners, bbq coals, shampoo and shower gel which was a lovely touch but best of all the absolutely delicious Dimitri Wine - We tried the white and the red and our favourite was the light red! The area is close to the old salt lake nature reserve, walking distance to a beach bar and a short drive to Lefkimmi and restaurants with a beautiful canal and also the port for boat trips to Paxos and Antipaxos. George is an amazing friendly host who really wants to make sure you enjoy your stay and to make sure you are happy with everything. Loved every minute

Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, πολύ όμορφο και πολύ καθαρό. Απείχε από την παλιά πόλη μόλις 10 με 15 λεπτά διασχίζοντας μία πολύ όμορφη διαδρομή. Στη περιοχή είχε εύκολο parking και πολλά εστιατόρια και καφέ. Ο Γιάννης είναι άριστος στην επικοινωνία του και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό, τι τον ρωτήσαμε. Θα χαρούμε να επισκεφτούμε τον χώρο του ξανά. Γιάννη σ'ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

We (my husband and I and our 2 kids (2 and 4)) had a lovely stay at Villa Rocca! The house has everything you need, is beautiful and has a laidback atmosphere. It is a 5 minute walk to the (pebble) beach and the nearest restaurant is next door! The other restaurants and supermarkets are about 10 minutes walk away. Really convenient! The only thing we missed a little bit, is a nice outside area to sit. There are two yards (front and back), but they are quite small and not very inviting to sit in. It didn’t really matter for us though as we were out most evenings. Lastly, Antonella is a very nice host! She is easy to communicate with, very friendly and super helpful. All in all, we had a great holiday at Villa Rocca and highly recommend staying here!

I wish we could give more than 5 stars! Spyridon is an extremely special host, we had the most incredible time, we feel like we have made a true friend – he is unbelievably generous. The Airbnb is even cooler than it looks in the pictures and the whole area had lots to explore. We will be back!

we absolutely loved our stay. stunning location and George and Elena taverna opposite was a real bonus and firm favourite. Another favourite was 75 steps absolutely stunning views and delicious food. the weather in October was perfect temperature with a couple of cloudy days and a big storm one night. one of our favourite holidays ❤️.

Der Aufenthalt bei Eftychia war wirklich wunderbar! Sie war immer hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Sie war eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns in der Not ausgeholfen und uns nach Korfu Stadt eine Mitfahrgelegenheit geboten. Von der Unterkunft aus, kann man auf das Meer hinausschauen und das Wellenrauschen genießen. Der ruhige Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, perfekt zum Entspannen und um wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge zu sehen. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Unbedingt Mückenspray mitnehmen, sonst wird man aufgefessen. Und wenn man die Insel erkunden oder im Supermarkt einkaufen möchte, ist ein Auto auf jeden notwendigen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würde hederzeit wiederkommen :)

Très bel appartement bien équipé et situé dans un environnement calme, dans un beau cadre et tout proche de la mer, Brad nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et nous a donné envie de revenir.

Όλα ήταν άψογα. Πολύ καθαρός χώρος .Οι άνθρωποι πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί .Ο περιβάλλοντας χώρος , μια πολύ μεγάλη έκταση με πορτοκαλιές πολύ περιποιημένος .Είχε δρομάκια και τα παιδιά μπορούσαν να κάνουν πατίνι και είχε ένα γηπεδάκι για μπάσκετ , ποδόσφαιρο ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη δραστηριότητα. Ο χώρος ήταν κλειστός οπότε ένιωθες ασφάλεια .Ατομικό πάρκινγκ. Αν και Απρίλιος ευχαριστηθήκαμε την πισίνα. Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες , περιποιημένο , καθαρό , με όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι στην κουζίνα κυρίως. Η κοντινότερη θάλασσα 3' με το αυτοκίνητο ή 6' με τα πόδια. Ένας μικρός παράδεισος με πολύ φύση και κυρίως προσφέρει την ηρεμία και την θαλπωρή που όλοι αναζητούμε στις διακοπές!!!

We had a lovely few days. The villa, one of three, shares two pools with exceptional views. Valantis’s mother greeted us and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable, even bringing us home baked goodies and home grown fruit. An easy walk into the town by the beach path and we took the option of getting taxis back at a cost of €8. We took note of the recommendations Valantis gave and discovered Vathiavali beach and Mitikas which is a very picturesque Greek village and worth a visit. All in all, a lovely few nights in a great villa in a beautiful town.

We loved our 2 weeks exploring Corfu from Golden Aura. The apartment was as described - and we loved the low key vibe of the pool area which was a welcome break from our beach days. The pool bar/restaurant was useful for lazy lunches & drinks when having a chill day. The location is great - we hired a car which was essential for supermarket stock ups but also to visit the many fantastic beaches. You can walk to Gouvia - but the route is a little scruffy & uneven so probably not suitable for those with small kids or older/unfirm. The apartment had everything we needed - the aircon was a blessing and worked very well. As a family of 4 with 2 teenagers we found having a shower room upstairs and bathroom with shower downstairs very helpful! The complex itself is very peaceful - we were always able to find a lounger by the pool at any time and parking next to our apartment. Our host was very helpful & responsive - giving us tips and allowing us a couple of extra hours on check out.

We loved the island and the house so much we extended our stay - but it isn’t for everyone. The island is very beautiful, unspoiled, peaceful and feels remote. There are no shops and very few people - and that is partly why we loved it. We had long lunches at one of the four nearby restaurants on the beaches and went for long walks exploring. Recommend doing both. The house works well. The view is amazing and we spent hours just watching the sea. It has all the facilities we needed and more. Locals very friendly, generous and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was everything we needed it to be. It is quiet and peaceful with amazing views and we loved being so close to the sea with our own private beach area. The sea was clear and lovely and warm at the end of the summer and the paddleboards were especially fun. There are several nice local restaurants and a small shop nearby in easy walking distance, and we even walked into the nearby town on one occasion, although if you wanted to go further afield you will want a car. Iveta is a great host and was always on hand if we had any questions. Check-in was easy and she provided us with clean towels every other day and some great local recommendations. The only downside was that the sunbeds by the sea lost the sun and were in the shade of the building by early afternoon, so we weren't able to use them so much in the second half of the day. Other than this we had a perfect week and highly recommend Villa Evita as a place to stay!

The villa is easy to find on a hill with a limited view of the sea. It is not far from the small village of Agios Nikitas where there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is beautiful with outside recliners and chairs. The outside area is brilliant for grilling and just relaxing. Inside the villa has everything one needs and well equipped in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms are in the villa and the 3rd bedroom has a separate entrance in the cellar of the house. The 2 bedrooms are smaller than what you can see in the photos and the 1 bedroom is not possible to use the draws in the cupboard as the nightstand is an obstruction. The bathrooms are spacious and everything was clean. Bath towels and beach /pool towels were provided which I think is a plus. A bottle of wine was in the fridge waiting for us. Elena was a great host and was always contactable and available for any issues or questions.

If looking to come to Kavos, I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay. From the moment we booked, Grigoris was in contact with us straight away and made us feel completely at home. Sandy beach was an amazing place to stay. Not only was Grigoris helpful but everyone else that worked there too was outstanding. The food was amazing, the cleaners were brilliant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our first time travelling to Greece and Grigoris really made us feel at home. The facilities around Sandybeach are amazing too. There is a beach with sun loungers, a shop across the street and a nearby ATM. The room we had was very clean and the cleaners were there every morning to have clean towels for us and to change the bins. The bed linen was very clean and you couldn’t have asked for a better room. Overall I want to thank Grigoris so much for his brilliant hospitality and when I come back to Kavos again I will definitely be booking to stay in Sandybeach. Yamas Grigoris!

Fenomenal! La casa está genial para viajar en grupo y la terraza está genial!! Cuenta con cierto avituallamiento: café, aceite, sal, azúcar ,champú, gel, que es súper cómodo a la hora de cocinar. Los propietarios siempre pendientes y muy agradables. La zona es súper recomendable!!!!!! El norte es mucho más turístico pero esta zona es poco turística y estarás en la playa casi solo. Buenos restaurantes a 1 minuto caminando y la playa…. Aguas cristalinas, buena temperatura… vamos un 10 todo!!!!!

In primul rand vreau să spun că pozele reflectă întocmai realitatea. Locuință și curtea sunt exagerat de ordonate și curate. Dacă ești un iubitor al apusurilor de soare în mare și liniștea, vei fi entuziastmat. Plaja din fața casei este cu nisip, iar apa e ideala pentru copii, foarte calda, liniștită și mică (la 100 m de mal nu depășește nivelul capului). Casa alăturată este la o distanță destul de mica, prin urmare pentru a respecta liniștea la pranz și după ora 23 vei fi nevoit să limitezi zgomotul. Mereu in concedii ne-a făcut placere să fim vizitați de prieteni la un grătar sau la un pahar de vin. Acest lucru NU ESTE PERMIS AICI și poate crea o neplăcere. În general am avut o comunicare foarte bună cu gazda. Cuptorul cu microunde nu funcț bine și a fost schimbat imediat Recomand uleiul produs de Georgios. Am primit o musaca gătită de Rania foarte gustoasa. Plimbarea gratuita cu barca oferita de G a fost plăcută. si plina de informații interesante. Atitudinea foarte prietenoasa

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids,lots of space for us all and the bunk rooms fantastic for kids. Views from indoor space looking out towards beach and gardens is a little piece of paradise. As soon as you enter the property you can feel there's something special about it. The furnishings are very tasteful, but comfortable ,and colour scheme calming. We had plenty of space for our group with outside areas for the kids to let off steam as its right on the beach which is amazing, with outside dinning options.perfect for relaxing. We cooked in or found some local places to eat,had walks and just relaxed. Would love to enjoy the hospitality of this villa again at summer,as our time was not long enough and we hope to come back. Thankyou. Highly recommend .

We love Lefkada and we loved our stay at the villa! George was super helpful and quick to respond. The private water access and the lawn/beautiful garden were the main highlights. The view is lovely all hours of the day. The villa is conveniently located. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for a family with kids. We were extremely satisfied with everything and would highly recommend this to everyone! George was a wonderful host, very helpful. The house had everything you need and Messogi and is great too!

Panagiotis is not an ordinary host at all. Upon arrival you will find some welcome presents that are realy really really nice and tasty 😋.  He will give you every support you need at all times. Very nice apartment which fits easily 5-7 people. Clean and cooled down by aircon. Beach is in walking distance. Panagiotis is an open minded young man and it was always a pleasure having a GT in the garden while chating. We can highly recommend Pana's place for everybody but especially for those who are travelling with pets. We will definitely choose this place again, if we are back to Greece .
