This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Saratoga Escape

Our house is one mile from downtown Saratoga. Our first floor is an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room all open with high ceilings. The living room opens to a screened in porch overlooking our backyard and pond area. On the back deck we have a five person hot tub. The bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and a ceiling fan. The owner of this house is an art teacher and his artwork and craftsmanship give character to our house.

Beautiful sunny carriage house on Saratoga's historic east side,with brick floors on the first floor, 4 skylight windows on the second floor . Stained glass windows, tons of wonderful character. Great entertainment space on the first floor. Brand new shower. Walking distance to downtown! On a side note, our garden was featured on This Old House season 43 episode 30. It’s a great season to watch if you want to learn some history and information about our wonderful city of Saratoga!
