It is an easy walk or bike ride to SPAC and the Saratoga State Park. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 10-12 guests. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio and fireplace, and large fenced in yard and gardens. Close to Lake George and the Adirondacks, the Saratoga Train and Bus Station.

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.

Second floor walk up, modern apartment . Comfortable for one or two persons with hardwood floors, air conditioning, and an open floor plan. Apartment is above home owner's garage. Renter and homeowner share the entrance from the driveway, then each has a separate locked entrance to respective dwellings.
