It has a great deck which overlooks the river with perfect views for enjoying sunset cocktails… Yard also has two fire-pits for night time fun and laughs. Walking distance to the best of downtown Schenectady, Rivers Casino, and just 1 block to bus line. Easy access to I-890 and Amtrak station.

Enjoy a 20x20 dock with seating for 6 and a fire pit for late night relaxation. A newly added patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining. A nice sandy beach with lounge chairs and a second fire pit. Excellent property to take in all that summer and fall have to offer! Extra parking spot across the street to the right of the brick building (not to block the opening)

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

River cabin 5 - private shoreline & the VIEWS!

This is my favorite of all 19 cabins at Towpath Landing! 200 degree water views from huge deck just feet from the water and serene privacy - there is a shed on the property not another cabin. Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!

High Oaks Lodge on Cossayuna Lake

Come enjoy a lakeside getaway at, newly constructed, High Oaks Lodge on Cossayuna Lake! Situated 25 miles from Saratoga Springs, NY and 33 miles from Manchester, VT. Amazing views of the lake from the spacious open-concept living room. Relax on the lower deck and make s'mores around the outdoor fire pit. Water access and private dock for your boat just steps away from the house. Use the canoe and kayaks provided to explore the lake.

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.

Scenic Lake Front Home near Saratoga/Lake George

Enjoy this beautiful lake front property! Perfect for Ice Fishing (it’s heated!!!) or a Spring/Summer Retreat!! Awesome fishing, kayaking, and swimming!! 30 minutes from downtown Saratoga and Lake George. No parties please!!! Charcoal Filtration System was added. Water occasionally has a sulfur smell but is safe to drink. Unfortunately this is just part of lake life.
