Rathod was very responsive. whenever I called him or messaged him, he replied on time. There were few occasions when we were out of the apartment during cleaning time but he ensured that apartment should be cleaned as per our adhoc requests. I stayed there for 12 days with my spouse and 3 year old kid and we needed few extra stuff which he provided which were very helpful during our stay. Thank you Rathod for your prompt responses!!

I had a wonderful stay! The location was unbeatable—just 200m from the beach, making it super easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food options. The place itself was very well maintained, and neatly kept, making my stay even more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Aai Bungalow was a beautiful place to stay for the few days we celebrated the New Year. It's a large villa surrounded by flora throughout. The caretakers, Sanjay and his wife, were extremely nice, providing us with tasty breakfasts and lunches while also ensuring our privacy. The villa looks much nicer in person than in the images. The surroundings are very peaceful, making it a great place to relax outdoors as well as to party indoors with friends. Although Jitendra wasn't present, he was always ready to address any issues we faced and helped resolve them promptly. In conclusion, I would definitely visit again if given the chance and highly recommend it to others. It's a worthwhile option compared to spending an equal or greater amount on hotel rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at Shades of Nature Alibaug. Special mention of the food. They serve only vegetarian food here, but it was absolutely delicious. Regarding the place, its really clean, with a big swimming pool and lot of greenery around. The caretaker took good care of us and would definitely visit again.

Friendly and personal response helped us to locate nearby spots. Attendant was helpful and proactive. Beautiful and peaceful stay for short group.

Our stay at Ajinkya’s home was nothing short of perfect! The property was immaculate, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything our family needed.Ajinkya was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we felt right at home throughout our visit. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and memorable stay.

It is constructed with a lot of attention to detail and love. The villa is fairly new and it reflects in the aesthetics of the place. The amenities were as described and the caretaker was very helpful. Madhuri, the caretaker, kept the place clean and was helpful during our stay. The villa has an inhouse menu to choose from, limited but good enough for snacks. The meals were ordered from outside based on recommendation and it was satisfactory. The villa has ample places to sit and relax. It is a quiet neighborhood. Beach is a short drive from the place. It was really hot and humid which made us to sit inside our bedroom until evening. Power backup at villa works as promised, so no AC during power cuts. The municipal road leading to the villa needs repairs and frequent power cuts are an issue in this climate.
