The ground floor has 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom , kitchen, lounge/dining room and laundry. Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

Easy walk to 2 cafes plus Valla Tavern and pharmacy. Nambucca is a 10 minute drive for shopping, cinema, restaurants and Golf. Coffs airport 30 mins away.

Privately owned Studio Villa set in a holiday resort which is on the beach and encompasses 3 swimming pools,2 tennis courts, playground and outdoor undercover BBQ areas . Jenny's Beachside Apartment is a tastefully furnished two bedroom unit located just 25 metres from the water's edge at stunning Korora Bay. Located just five minutes drive to the centre of Coffs Harbour with The Big Banana & Jetty area close by. This beachside apartment has two lovely bedrooms with a queen size bed in the main and in bedroom 2 a single bed and a trundle bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is an air conditioner upstairs.
