Location location location!!!!! Was fantastic about 20 steps to the water. Coffee shop on a corner and fish and chips on the other corner. Was very handy to get kids hot chips when you arrive late in the day. House was so beautiful. So much space and lovely furnishings. Extremely comfortable beds and such a nice area, with stunning houses everywhere. I could definitely live here!

The location is perfect for accessing the beach and vibrant Cottesloe with a reliable bus service a 2 minute walk away.

Cute and cosy studio in the heart of South Freo. Walkable distance to the beach and all the great cafes/bars and restaurants along South Terrace. Lovely garden setting and enclosed yard for our dog Ziggy. Thoughtful touches from Kale and Sam - welcome note and bottle of wine and treats for our dog.

Sarah’s place is incredible - this is the 2nd time we’ve stayed! Beautiful location, beautiful views, amazing balcony to enjoy the sunsets, nearby to lovely cafes and shops whereas other areas of the beach would be farther away from these conveniences. Comfortable spaces, comfortable beds. Amazing!!!

We had a fantastic time at Bonnies house, she and her husband François were incredibly kind and generous hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home.

Pier 21 is a lovely apart hotel with great views of the Swan river. The receptionist at the desk provided a very friendly welcome to the hotel and explained its facilities. It has excellent amenities including a small gym, swimming pool and spa which we used. We enjoyed our stay at Pier 21 and would recommend it.

This property is in a fantastic location, close to all amenities - shops, restaurants, bars and the beautiful Scarborough Beach. The apartment is tastefully decorated and everything that you could wish for is supplied. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you Renee. Catriona

The location was second to none. Pristine beach and wonderful cafe next door. We stayed here as location kind of close to the Yeal observatory for a night sky viewing and fell in love with this part of Perth. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the porch and found the neighbourhood and surrounds really enjoyable.

Fantastic location and perfect size for the few nights we had in Scarborough. The place had everything we needed and Dawn & Mark provided clear instructions on everything.

Great location and apartment, responsive hosts that made it easy. Lovely little touches in apartment. Great place to stay in Scarborough a little noisy on road but manageable.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A short walk to a the beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunset swims. The heated pool at the house and fireplace were a highlight.

Due to a flood in the apartment we originally booked, we were upgraded to the recently renovated apartment 204. We were super grateful for this, not having to scramble for alternative accommodation at the last minute. The apartment was beautiful inside, very well done with lovely bathroom, kitchen and tasteful furnishings. The view was incredible, across the road from the beach, and fantastic location...making it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants etc. We found all staff friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was the mattress in the main bedroom. It was hard, uncomfortable, kept both of us tossing and turning through the night, and caused my back and hips to ache. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Dave was awesome from the beginning, we had car issues on the way and he was flexible with the check in and offering assistance if required. When we arrived he met us and gave us a tour of the building as well as advice of local eateries. The place was beautiful and surpassed all expectations. Dave sent across details of restaurants and beaches to visit which was super helpful. A lot of hosts forget that their attitude towards guests is just as important as the accommodation. However, Dave has this dialled, cannot fault him or the apartment at all. Cheers Dave

We had an amazing stay, perfect location at the beach with restaurants and supermarket all in walking distance. Bus stop to downtown Perth also a 5 mins walk only. Apartment itself as described, clean, and has all equipment you need. We would always come back and highly recommend it.

Our coastal breeze apartment could not have been more perfect for us. The apartment itself was so nice, clean and filled with really cool funky art. The little welcome touches were very much appreciated & loved the massive message mirror. So so cool. Location, location, location - 2mins to supermarket, 5mins to beach, cafes, restaurants, playgrounds & the night markets - WOW!! We had a blast. Ted, our host was always quick to answer any questions if needed, also giving us fun local activity advice - so so helpful. Thank you for our stay. We would love to come back again soon and bring our other son too next time ♥️

Basic but beautiful. Clean. Excellent location - we didn’t rent a car, but were happy to walk about 1.5km to Cottesloe beach (20mins). Right beside the train. View is beautiful! Excellent communication from host Peta.

Great views and location right on the marina, close to cafes and the beach just a short walk. Apartment had everything you need and as pictured and described. Lyda was super responsive and the instructions were really clear. Will absolutely stay again.

My short stay in Perth for a family reunion was made more fabulous by staying at Kay's place. The beach is but a few minutes easy walk, shops restaurants and cafes are close by. The place is spacious and spotlessly clean with everything you might need. Highly recommend!!

We booked this property for my mother inlaw for the few days she was in Perth before heading back to the UK. She loved it. Very comfortable

Although the apartment building is old, once we stepped into the apartment, it is totally different. The apartment’s decoration and furnishing is modern and fresh and clean. The location is very convenient, it is a stone throw away from a few restaurants and cafes. Alana was always responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect place for our family of 3! Very comfortable and we appreciated the supply of beach towels and kids books! Really great neighborhood as well.

Mindarie is a gem of a neighbourhood, beautiful marina, peaceful, great pubs and cafes - Victoria's place could not be better located on the marina. I hope we have the chance to come back again soon.

When I booked this property I thought it could be too good to be true, but it was better! The furnishings are stylish, location is ideal for a beachside getaway, the linens are luxurious, the glassware is plentiful and quality, the beds are comfortable, there are huge modern wardrobes for your belongings, quiet ceiling fans, a good selection of board games and books, and the guest groceries were very thoughtful and unexpected. The host also accommodated a special request to make our stay even more comfortable for our needs. We have loved every moment of staying at this property and thank you for allowing us to call this great property home for two amazing weeks.
