Binna Burra for my wife and I is an "idyllic escape" from our business life. Hayden's apartment suits us very well. And the walks simply relieve us of the stresses of business life.

Thank you so much Jo for a lovely weekend getaway. The place is perfect for a retreat, surrounded by lush forrest and with the bottom of a waterfall seen at the end of the property; it was even better than we could have hoped. Jo's communication was great and it made it very easy to check in, and there were numerous little snacks and appliances that were very much appreciated: even marshmallows left for us to roast over the fire pit!! We will absolutely be visiting again, and hopefully for a few extra days too. Thanks again Jo!!

This is a great spot to stay in Tambourine Mountain. The accommodation had everything we needed and is well located. It’s close to some nice walking tracks and a comfortable walk up to the Gallery Walk - which is effectively the main strip with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Our favourite part of the house was the spacious main deck, which has a lovely view of the bush and lots of local wildlife to enjoy. It’s a very peaceful place to sit and relax. Kim is lovely, and easy to communicate with.

Tanya was very responsive- professional and friendly. Always offered to help if needed. She also offered an earlier check in without us requesting for it. This was very much appreciated. The entry and exit is easy to navigate. The place was perfect size for our family of 3 and is close to M1 motorway. We managed to park onsite as well. Once again, thank you Tanya.

Jessica and Albert ticked all the boxes as far as hosts go. Absolutely lovely people. Super welcoming, informative, pro-active,accommodating. Fantastic set up with a wonderful breakfast buffet in their little restaurant set up with a spectacular view to go with it. My daughters (11 & 13) loved it too. Above and beyond! An incredible getaway nestled in the heart of forested hills, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The cozy fireplace and luxurious bathtub add a touch of magic, making it the perfect retreat.

Spent 4 nights at Mark’s home In the clouds. Fantastic views (when it wasn’t raining) and a great retreat from the occasionally pesky leeches. Walking in the rainforest comes with joys like that, so it was great to know a cosy dry place awaited me. The studio packed a huge amount into its tiny space (but with a gigantic bathroom??). The technology took some patience, but sticking with Mark’s detailed notes helped. Be aware the fridge is tiny which places a limit on supplies, but likely not a problem if you’re only staying a night or two. And there’s always the Teahouse as a backup. (Also no washing machine.) Mark provides detailed notes, which are very helpful. The price isn’t cheap, but I’d rather that than a tent or dark and damp cabin.

Beautifully well kept home very easy to check in and locate on Maps. The place was neat and tidy and would happily stay again. Thanks again Kim :)!

We loved staying at Denise and John's place. The position at the base of Mt Tamborine was excellent, so relaxing once you got back after a long day on the mountain and so quiet at night. We loved the two bedrooms, both had large, comfy beds and main bedroom had huge screen TV. Heating was excellent for a winter July with a reverse cycle in each bedroom which meant heat met in the middle so we didn't really need to have it turned on it for long. The couch in the kitchen area folded down to a small bed which was great for our younger child who wanted to be independent of sleeping with a sibling in the double room. The kitchen had everything you need, like home (good sized fridge), washing machine and dryer. The bathroom was fantastic and central to rooms. Best part: great hosts (super privacy but at hand if you want), views most of all the greetings daily by all the gorgeous pets. We loved the pets so much and they made ours and our kid's day. We had a wonderful last night with a glass of wine under the gazebo with kids toasting marshmallows. Denise and John kindly spent some time sharing stories with us and it was Denise that thought of bringing out the marshmallows. This is a very private and beautiful location. The honey is great too. Loved!

Excellent location and superb view! The deck is very peaceful and spacious. Would recommend this place for a those wanting a quiet getaway or a place to enjoy amazing nature walks and scenery.
