Davide house is 2 story building,with 3 rooms on the second floor,very nice garden,parking in front the house,value for money is great,Davide and his family are very respinsible and always available to help with advices,the house has ac split systems in each room,we were in April and the heating was on,very warm and comfortable house,close to Bergamo and airport,the area is very calm and secure,if in Bergamo will always return to Davide Villa.

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana in famiglia presso la casa di Luca. Posizione ottima per raggiungere i comprensori sciistici di Donico e Monte Pora. L’Host, cordiale e disponibile ci ha accolto personalmente e fornito tutte le indicazioni richieste. L’alloggio, ben fornito, e’ situato in un complesso tranquillo e con una splendida vista sui monti.

Sergio und seine Frau sind tolle und sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Sie haben uns beim Check-In persönlich empfangen und uns das Ferienhaus gezeigt. Die Lage im Dorf Parzanica ist ganz fantastisch mit toller Aussicht auf den See! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich in ca. 5 Minuten Entfernung. Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer Italienreise. Uns hat besonders die komplette Ausstattung (Seife, etwas Kaffee, Küchengeschirr etc.) und die geschmackvolle Ausstattung gefallen. Wir würde Sergios Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn man eine tolle Aussicht und eine ruhige Lage sucht. Noch eine Empfehlung für einen kurzen Spaziergang: Der Belvedere di Parzanica bietet eine fantastische Aussicht auf beinahe den ganzen Iseosee!

Cette semaine passée en famille (6 adultes et 4 jeunes enfants) dans cette magnifique propriété était fantastique : une construction typique et authentique au + proche de la nature, posée sur un large terrain planté d’oliviers, de citronniers et de romarins géants, dominant le lac de Garde… que du bonheur ! Les enfants s’en donnaient à cœur joie dans le jardin ou sur la moto balancelle d’époque pdt que les adultes humaient le parfum de la colline et savouraient le paysage. Augusto est une personne charmante, très arrangeant, réactif et à l’écoute qui parle de sa région avec bcp d’intérêt avec le cœur.. Merci Augusto pour cette tranche de bonheur à l’état pur 🤩🤩🤩

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferientage bei einer ausgesprochen freundlichen und sorgfältigen Gastgeberfamilie verbringen dürfen.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Villa Rosa. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und die Lage in Iseo ist absolut perfekt - zentral und trotzdem total ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Camilla war super. sie war sehr freundlich, proaktiv und hilfsbereit. Gut zu wissen: Innen war es, vor allem abends, recht kühl (wir waren dort Anfang April und wollten es insbesondere für unseren kleinen Sohn zum Krabbeln warm haben), da hat Camilla uns kurzfristig eine zusätzliche Heizung organisiert. Das wussten wir sehr zu schätzen!

Unbelievable property, we absolutely loved it. The hosts are so incredibly friendly and accommodating. The view was simply amazing and the property was stunning. Fresh breakfast delivered to our door in the morning and the beds were very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend it!

Villa Romantica ist ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus, das wirklich top ausgestattet ist. Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt (genug Platz für drei Familien mit fünf Kindern) und wenn das Wetter noch etwas mehr mitgespielt hätte, hätten wir die Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool und See bestimmt auch noch besser ausnutzen können. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, sportlich aktiv zu werden (Wassersport, Biken, Klettern, Wandern und vieles mehr). Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Giuseppe und vor allen Dingen seiner Bekannten vor Ort, Francesca, die sich um den Checkin und alles weitere gekümmert hat, hat wunderbar funktioniert! Vielen Dank für alles – wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Ein super durchdachtes Haus mit dem besten Geräusch zum erholen, das Wellenrauschen in jedem Schlafzimmer. Es ist die Erholung pur und das bei egal welchem Wetter! Die Gegend ist auch ganz toll, sehr schöne Restaurants mit netten Personal. Es war ein toller Urlaub und kann echt nur Empfohlen werden.

Herrliches und sehr gepflegtes Grundstück mit tollem Blick und ungeahnter Größe! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir sind als Familie mit vier Kindern an den Gardasee gereist. Wir waren von Anfang an von dem Grundstück und dem Haus begeistert. Die Aussicht könnte nicht besser sein. Man hat das Gefühl, direkt am Wasser zu sein. Das Grundstück ist etwas erhöht, so dass die Strandbesucher keinen Blick auf den Garten haben - man selbst hat aber einen wundervollen Blick über den Gardasee. Es ist sicherlich eines der schönsten Grundstücke in Gargnano und Bogliaco. Raffaela und Tom haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Das Haus ist schon älter, Raffaela hat es aber mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr schön renoviert. Das Haus selbst hatte für uns mehr als genug Platz - von den vier Bädern haben wir nur drei benutzt. Im Haus taucht man in die Familiengeschichte ein und die zahlreichen Bücherregale sind voller Erinnerungen. Sehr gerne würden wir wieder einen Urlaub auf diesem traumhaften Grundstück und in dem zauberhaften Haus verbringen!

Words don't provide a satisfactory review for this amazing location and home! We walked in and were so excited to spend our short visit to Lake Iseo in this beautiful and well loved home. Luigi and Sylvie were very flexible on our late arrival (Grazie!!) and also helped with coordinating a few items we had left behind. The views from the terrace patio are spectacular, and the home is spacious and comfortable. We were sad to leave!! This is a wonderful holiday home!

We stayed for a 4 night family vacation with 10 family memebers and enjoyed the privacy of the house and the pool a lot ! There’s lots of space around the house, and you can get to the backery and shop in two minutes by bike. We had a lovely time and were also super happy with the response time of Valeria and Riccardo ! If you go in summer it’s good to also have a mosiquito spray with you 🙂, we definitely can recommend it !

Schönes Haus an einer grandiosen Lage. Ideal für zwei Familien mit Kindern. Genügend Schlafzimmer und genügend Badzimmer mit Toiletten. Ideal für dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Absolute Privatsphäre und wenn man das auch will, einfach top. Ein Auto ist zwingend, für das nächst grössere Einkaufszentrum fährt man min. 10 Minuten. Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung möchte, dann ist die Liegenschaft genau das Richtige.

Weekend tra amici perfetto, incorniciato dalla splendida vista sul lago di Garda. Zona tranquillissima in cui divertirsi senza disturbare nessuno. Peccato non aver potuto sfruttare la bellissima piscina ad uso esclusivo della casa, torneremo sicuramente la prossima estate per goderci appieno questo angolo di paradiso

Wir waren 5 Jungs im Alter von 19-22 Jahre. Es war ein super netter Gastgeber der auf alle Frage immer geantwortet hat und uns immer behilflich war bei egal welchen Fragen wir hatten. Kann das Haus nur Empfehlen wenn man eine super schöne Aussicht auf den Gardasee haben möchte. Würden immer wieder das Haus buchen.

We have stayed for a week with two elderly parents and two little kids. The place was just perfect. Instructions were clear and it was easy to find, the place was spotless and the view one the lake just beautiful! Another big plus was a big parking space which is rare in Italy. The place itself is big (3 floors) and the kitchen even has two tables for gatherings. You can see how much owners care for this place. The territory has a pool and a table tennis. I highly recommend this villa for your stay. Thanks a lot for the warm welcome, we had an amazing time.

A very nice house in a beautiful garden with many olive trees and flowers – rich bird life. Great view to the lake, easy access. Great place for outdoor activities.
