This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you for an lovely stay, Breanne!

This was a great location in close proximity to Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, and many other attractions in the area. The house was clean and comfortable and communication with Cindy was easy - we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Tammy’s place was wonderful. And a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful backyard and a hot tub. The space had everything that you would need and more. She made up for the lack of a full kitchen with tons of food to choose from and a loaded mini fridge. There was also a cute little space that had toys and games for kids to play. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was so cute and felt very homey. The hot tub was clean and made for a great amenity. Linda left very detailed instructions and notes about the house which was so helpful! If we don’t know where something was, we could look it up in the binder she left us and find our answer. Linda is very kind and responsive. When our flight out of Colorado Springs got delayed, she gave us an extended check out. Overall, great experience!

This Airbnb was a great vacation spot! The house is cozy, and the amenities (cable, cookware, hot tub, laundry, super comfy chairs/mattresses) make it a great place to unwind. The heat/temperature can be inconsistent between rooms, but fans were provided to help with ventilation. Laura was quick to respond to any messages and made us feel welcome! Amazing stay!

We Love this house and try to always stay here when visiting our son. Our dog Charley loves the yard and I feel very safe when she is out there. The space is comfortable, cozy, and private. We’ll keep staying here as long as Susan (who is fabulous btw) will have us. Thanks so much for always making us feel right at home ♥️

Amazing location. Took our 3 pups on vacation with us and house was perfect size and tons to do around. Will definitely be booking this location next year when we are back

Great location near Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Lots of space too! Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Brian was a great host! Would stay there again, 100%.

We had a fantastic stay at Jonathan's place. The place was better than described and super clean. Host was very responsive. The apt is right by the entrance of the Garden of the gods, minutes from Manitou Springs( such a cute little town) and Coralado City. There were deer that visited the property most days. The area is so beautiful and this place was truly a treat. There was a humidifier which was so helpful, with the super dry air as we were coming from a state with much higher humidity.

My boys and I stayed over 2 months and loved it! Emilio was such a great host with his warmth and kindness. He welcomed us and we had so much freedom and peace in this apartment. it was my first time using AirBnb and he made it such a great experience!! We loved the privacy, how much there was to do and the safety! also, this apartment was the perfect layout for us! we hosted a family cookout twice and my oldest son had friends over to enjoy the space one Sunday and everyone enjoyed it. Ty Emilio!!!!

Oh my gosh! I’ve visited CO before, due to my past military experience and my brother recently serving in CS. When I say, nothing has ever felt more homey than this space! It made me feel like I had finally landed my dream job and bought a small house off the mountains. Really responsive, would recommend to anyone, I’ll be booking next time I’m CS again.

I had a wonderful stay! The unit was lovely and spacious. I loved the original oak throughout the house, as well as the leaded glass windows. Just lovely. More importantly, everything was very clean. The bathrooms were updated and bright and had everything I needed. I also appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit; after doing some outdoor things it was great to be able to wash clothes. The kitchen seemed to have everything I needed, including coffee and tea, but I didn't cook on this visit. There is a front patio, but no yard, but I was on a working trip, so I didn't miss that at all. Frank and Ingrid were very accommodating--communication was easy and fast. This location is very close to Colorado College, which was great for my visit. I highly recommend it, and would stay here again.

I stated for a month and it was wonderful. The location was easy to get around and within walking distance to restaurants and cute cafes. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed and more, felt like I was at home. The bath tub was an absolute life saver. Job I had while staying caused a lot of strain on my back, being able to soak melted all my tension. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

We loved staying at Tim and Chris’s place! They are great hosts and got right back to us when we had a question. The apartment was welcoming and beautifully appointed with many thoughtful details. As well, the bed was luxuriously comfy! We particularly enjoyed siting on the deck with a view of the park and mountains. Will stay here again!

We loved our time here! It actually snowed and we could not have asked for a more peaceful and quiet place to watch the snow fall. The view is spectacular and the space is well organized and so clean. Highly recommend staying here! Neighborhood was great!

The mountain views from the balcony were absolutely stunning—even better than the pictures! The place was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

We all enjoyed our stay here so much. Less than 15 minutes to several places including Manitou Springs and the Cog Railway that took us to the top of Pikes Peak. Easy access to I-25. All the bedrooms were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet and we all slept well. The appliances were good quality and we even enjoyed the gas BBQ outside! Austin was a gracious host! I highly recommend this place as it was also an excellent value for our family.

This would be my # 1 Airbnb in col springs to stay at for short or longer term stays. Such a cool place in nice neighborhood in the mountains. Close to Cheyenne state park and other trails. As for place itself, great kitchen area to cook/do remote work, stone shower that is very relaxing, bed was super comfy with nice pillows and I’m picky sleeper. Nice patio area, saw several deer during my stay and nice view of stars/moon/mountain. billiard table and nice home entertainment system with nice furniture. Jennifer was very friendly host with great local recommendations. Always responsive if I had any questions. Great quality and Value Airbnb!

Very peaceful with back porch and furniture to enjoy it. Saw plenty of deer throughout the week in the yard and neighborhood. Best part was seeing the bear and the cubs on during the week. Mark was very responsive and sent a message when he was back in town as well as checking in on how my race went. Had suggestions for things to do. Nice park about a 1/4 mile from house with plenty of trails to walk and run. House was clean on arrival and had everything described. With you in the basement, I would take the basement photo out; but it was clearly communicated that basement was occupied by you.

Great location, so close to everything you might want to do in Colorado Springs? The outside patio was lovely to sit out on a nice warm evening. Make sure you fully read the instructions about getting in

Our stay was in a great location and the owner reached out early in our stay to see if we needed anything. The layout was good size for our family.

I had a great time during my stay here! I was here for 3 months and enjoyed every bit of it. The beginning was a bit rough during the Miller moth season since the windows had big gaps in them letting in tons of the little guys, but after I patched it up I don’t have a bad thing to say about my stay. Cindy the host was extremely helpful throughout my stay and very flexible when I had to extend it a couple days and always got back to me in a timely manner with questions I had. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you Cindy!
