Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Meadow Wood annex is on the outskirts of Combe Florey, a pretty conservation village at the foot of the Quantock Hills. It is a small self contained annex with parking and its own entrance, set in an idyllic position surrounded by fields and woodlands in glorious walking country. It comprises of a Kitchen/diner, bedroom (with room for a travel cot) and a bathroom. A thatched 15th century village pub, serving local ales and excellent food, is only 5 minutes walk alongside a babbling brook.

This charming Dorset cottage boasts a modern kitchen & ensuite double & super king bedrooms (or twin). Dogs welcome (£30 payable on arrival). Located right next door to the 'Modiste' Dress shop (Bridgerton), in the building that was styled as Mme Delacroix’s house in the Netflix series, this very spacious Regency property has quite simply the most desirable address! Owned by an artist, this romantic apartment faces the iconic Abbey Green, and has fabulous views of the spectacular 17th-Century Bath Abbey. On the doorstep are the famous Roman Baths, Thermae Spa, and an abundance of elegant townhouses, shops and restaurants.

We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.

We live in a lovely little quiet residential area, overlooking Whitchurch Common and which is great for couples/single people looking for good clean modern accommodation, and looking for a 'home from home' environment with peace & quiet. Our accommodation is completely self contained with its own private entrance. Situated in a busy suburb of North Cardiff and within 5 minutes easy walking distance of shops/coffee bars/restaurants and great links into the City Centre and events.
