We have a private parking in our courtyard, which is very rare in the city centre. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.

Si trova a due passi dalla Basilica, dai ristoranti, dai supermercati e dalla splendida passeggiata "La Diga". L'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata (nuova installazione).

Our apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood a ten-minute walk to the beach and a twenty-minute walk to the town. We are close to bike and walking trails. There is a small playground and bakery down the street from and a mini-market next door. Bigger supermarkets are a three-minute drive from the house.
