Chris's place is really a home away from home, while still getting a relaxing and safe holiday experience. I was even able to cook a special lunch for my family and the kitchen had everything that I needed, to the last detail. We had a lovely stay and I highly recommend Cheers Umzumbe, and Chris is a very patient and efficient host.

Great family property to stay in!

We so enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the quality linen, comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. They really have maximised the space beautifully. What a gorgeous spot!

The Beach House was everything I hoped it to be. Spacious enough for a comfortable family gathering for a special occasion! The sunrise view from the Beach House on a clear morning is something dreams are made of and out of a picture book. The dolphins put on a show on the last day which then meant all the boxes for this holiday were ticked! The pool and lapa in a protected area an added alternative and bonus. Thank you for a dream week away... I hope to be back again in the future!

This is our second visit to Cods View and it was again wonderful. A beautiful well equipped house with amazing views and sun rises. A perfect place to relax! Debs was there to welcome us even though we had last minute changes to our travel plans.

My family and I recently had the opportunity to stay at Elise's place, and we felt right at home! There were tons of activities for the kids, and the staff are so, so friendly. A Wonderful Stay in Kingsburgh! We had an amazing stay at Ugan's Airbnb in Kingsburgh! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. From the moment we arrived, Ugan went out of his way to make us feel welcome. His warmth and hospitality were truly remarkable—he made us feel like we were at home the entire time. He is a genuinely friendly host who cares deeply about his guests and ensures they have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Whether it was offering local tips or helping us with anything we needed, Ugan was always ready to assist. We will definitely be booking with him again in the future. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to stay near the beach!

Leanne was the most thoughtful host, and the small things such as the coffee, tea and milk as well as a small gift on arrival really made our stay great. The house itself was beautiful and the estate amazing and easy going. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend Leanne as a host.
