Alquilamos un mes, por razones imprevistas salimos unos días antes. Nos encanta estar ahí, es la segunda vez que vamos, y esperamos volver. Es un paraíso! Vi las Orcas falsas mientras pescaba en la orilla. Son impresionantes!

This was such a great place to stay, the view is AMAZING. It is a little of a trek to get to the property, but really not that bad as the road is well maintained. You will need a 4 x 4 but in all honestly if you are worried about the road, don't be. The house is nice and open, and the deck has great views for eating meals. The plunge pool was a nice treat as well. Jeff is a great host, and very friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to be above the clouds and have a spectacular view, while enjoying the sounds of the birds. Thanks, we will be back!

We absolutely loved staying at Johnny's place! After the first quiet, comfortable night as we lingered over coffee on the patio watching the hummingbirds, we decided to change our plans and stay a little longer. The house is beautiful and has everything you could need provided. We especially loved all the outdoor space and spending evenings watching birds with drinks on the rooftop (we saw Yellow Throated Toucans and Montezuma Oropendola right from the deck!). The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. 15/10 we'll be back!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at Casa Alta Vista. The home was very clean and well maintained. Because the house was so beatiful that we ate all of our local fish dinners at home. The kitchen was well appointed and had the oils and spices we needed. Small stuff but it matteres when you are traveling long distances. Can not say enough about the house, the view and the Domenical area. Loved it all.

Beautiful home on a little neighborhood street that doesn’t get much traffic, and has lush greenery all around. We enjoyed preparing meals in the well appointed kitchen, relaxing on the upper patio in the hammock in fresh flowing air. Our host Ana Grace was wonderful: she made every effort to communicate well and help our stay be a good one.

My husband and I and our 4 kids LOVED this house. We spent a week there and it was perfect for us. The beach was amazing - great for swimming and playing at high tide and great for walking at low tide. The house had chairs and boogie boards we enjoyed. The pool was awesome. The views of the pool and beach from the deck great. We really appreciated the AC and the ice maker when it was hot outside. House was clean and comfortable. Really cannot say enough how much we loved this location and house.

The pictures are beautiful but they still do not do Paolo and Perry’s justice. We had miles of beach in both directions to ourselves most days and if any of the locals came down to the beach they were pleasant. Ideal for surfing with shallows that allow standing before catching a wave. Nauyaca Falls is just a short drive away and gorgeous with a large natural pool at the bottom to swim in. It was like something out of a travel magazine. Paolo and Perry’s property is literally 500 yards from beachside jungle where on morning walks we saw toucans , macaws, monkeys, and sloths. On our second morning while drinking coffee on the patio I literally looked up into the trees and there was a sloth sacked out in the branches above! On three nights Flori, the concierge, arranged for a chef to cook delicious meals. The price was reasonable. She also helped arrange kayaking through nearby mangroves with a terrific guide. Dominical is close by with several fun places to eat. We will be back!

We recently stayed at Villa Azul at the end of December for 4 nights. The location was great and close to town, yet very quite and peaceful. The access to the private beach was wonderful and a luxury for sure! it was a 5 min walk from our room! the views from the villa was amazing. We saw capuchin monkeys from our deck and scarlet macaws from the pool snacking on almonds. Amazing! This is completely on me as I did not see the floor plan closely enough in the listing, but I didn't realize that the two bedrooms don't have an interior connection. This was slightly inconvenient for us travelling with young children, but we made it work! just a heads up in case it helps anyone. Also, the interior could use some minor maintenance but nothing that prevented us from having an enjoyable stay! Pablo, the groundskeeper, and the cleaning lady were nice, and we appreciated the laundry service. Thanks to David and his team for making our stay memorable!

Very unique, charming home with incredible location. The cliff overlooking the water was so private and relaxing. Very secure gated property. We would absolutely rent again.
