Dot was a brilliant host. Incredibly welcoming and very communicative. She made us feel very at home and gave great recommendations. We’d 100% recommend this BnB for anyone else who’s looking for a nice, peaceful, and private stay in one of Melbourne’s most sought after areas.

The view was beautiful. Peaceful, quiet location. Kitchen was handy. Clean bathroom.

This stay exceeded our expectations! It is very well equiped and has any and everything you could ever need. The place itself is super spacious and is in the perfect location. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

A great place to stay in San Remo and not too far from all of the tourist attractions in Phillip Island. Highly recommend.

Our experience staying with Leigh and Rob was absolutely fantastic. The AirBNB was exactly what was presented in the photos, with an easy to use kitchen, comfortable furniture and towels and face towels set out for us at arrival. Prior to check-in, they provided us with a comprehensive list of everything there was to see and do in the neighbourhood. We went to the Peninsula Hot Springs and one of their recommended brunch spots. It was very easy to get into the apartment itself, and the location was very close to the beach, a grocery store, some cafes and a number of restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

Weekend 2 night and 3 days with the kids stay was exceptional. It was spotless, prestige clean from bathrooms to a comfortable beds.The other living room with endless entertainment for the kids, X box and classics board games, that kept my teenagers happy and engaged. High speed internet never run out of data, ,The other living room with lots of movies to watch is an added factors, Stan,Netflix,Prime.The host thought of everything to ensure their guest comfort,from welll stocked kitchen appliances to the bed arrangement tailored to our needs. Lots of information and places,restaurants recommendations. Exceptional well secured backyard for my cavoodle and guest to entertained .The house itself was close to the beach and town centre. We are blessed with beautiful weather during our stay,Quiet Location feels like home.We thank you enough for our stay,would like to come back next time.

It was such a delightful trip! The entire house felt warm and welcoming, and the huge backyard gave my dog the perfect holiday too. I absolutely loved the bedding — it was incredibly soft and comfortable. Best of all, there was an awesome sound system in the living room that made our stay even more fun. If I return to Phillip Island, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Unpretentious older house about a 5 min drive into Cowes. Private access to beach. Wallabies and birds came up to the back fence for a feed. Possums ate our Easter eggs in the backyard on Easter Sunday morning egg hunt! We loved Richard’s house. It has a great vibe and plenty of space for three kids, five adults and our dog. Kids loved the table tennis. It was good to be away from the crowds in the Main Street. Beautiful walks along the beach which was so accessible. Richard and crew were great to communicate with.

Really lovely little place, spacious and comfortable for the modest size. Short walk to Red Rock beach with many wallabies in the reserve. Kim was an excellent host and gave us great recommendations for food and attractions for our stay. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful few days at Little Darling Beach House. The house is comfortable & well equipped & Kat & Dave have put a lot of thought into providing for their guests. It’s a very easy walk to town & the local supermarket & eateries. Super comfy beds & spaces to relax in. We loved the big enclosed deck & being able to bring our dog. A safe enclosed yard & the water bowl & dog bed on the deck were appreciated. Kat is very easy to communicate with & happy to share her knowledge on great places to eat etc. We left Inverloch feeling very relaxed & hope to visit again soon. Thanks Kat & Dave.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Adrians home was well equipped with cooking utensils pots pans plates and platters etc. Plenty of space, board games and everything we needed for a lovely family lunch for Christmas. Thoughtful touches, very clean and comfortable.

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony to relax on. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Phillip Island Circuit, and close to the beach where I spent an enjoyable day. There were plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it was also close to the bus station for trips to Melbourne. The host was understanding and kind, making my stay even better.

Beautiful apartment unit, immaculate amenities, larger than the photos showed, with plenty of space. It is on the 3rd floor and yes there are stairs (no lift) but this did not detract from my stay. Host was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)
